Supergiant being a more mental attack based character, I think?

Black Dwarf being a tanky grappler monster with an axe

Corvus I guess would be cool too


Maybe if the MCU makes them popular we could see them, I suppose

I think only Proxima has a chance out of the Black Order. And even then, it's a slight one.

This whole shit with comparing dbz crowd with marvel is getting corny...

Like, who cares? And even if dbf does have more, its a new fighting game series... MVC is an older series and weve already seen plenty of mvc. The world hasnt seen much from dbf and will be quick to take interest in that before marvel.

I agree that he shouldn't have said anything, but I can see his point. With the general attitude people have been having about Marvel, there's no fucking way that Arturo didn't know exactly how plenty of people would react to a comparison shot like that. We've already seen it in this thread.

I didnt say anything earlier because a) im tired of this "feud" and b) I honestly do believe the DBZ line is bigger, but those earlier pictures where it shows the sbz line zoomed out and then the marvel line is a cropped picture im like "dude what are you doing?"

Agreed but not really surprising coming from Capcom. I have to imagine a lot of the backlash they are getting has to sting leading up to launch. They earned it though so nobody to blame but themselves.

She looks horrible in that new Rift VR game, they just need to fix Chun-Li.

Agreed. I found the situation with crowd size hilarious and sad at same time because I didn't really expect it to escalate enough to get Capcom staff involved. (I know he speak for himself but he need to think about how people would take him as representative for Capcom. I never thought I would see the day we are going to argue which demo station is popular.

I mentioned this in the other thread but using a crowd of people at a convenient and specific time of the day as a barometer of success is bizarre lol. I have no doubt DBF will do good but let's be real here. This shit is pathetic.

it's understandable to a point. Since you have it coming from two sides. Those using it to knock the game "You fucked up look at your crowd" and then the other being "Shouldn't MVC:I be more popular?"

All things considered though it is pretty pointless since when the game releases and the sales come out will be the true barometer of success. Not lines at a convention or EVO. Though I can see the argument that perhaps it's a bit of a warning sign perhaps.

That would be a good point if the MVCI demo stations at Evo haven't been crazy crowded.

But they have been.

Also, if this was simply about showing the lack of interest towards MvCI, then why even show the DBZF crowd.

It's clearly just more of the dumb competition people have created between the two games and another petty way to hate on MvCI.

So in short people who tried the new demo.

It doesn't look that great but if feels "fresh"? I'm torn between getting the PC or the Ps4 version if I decide to buy it, perfect excuse for a birthday gift lol
