Looks to me like Thor has been infused with the Odinforce.
She asked him what he was meant to be god of and he called down lighting.

I really hope that by the end of Ragnarok, Thor's full power is revealed and he monumentally wrecks shit. The trailer hints at it, but I really want them to go all-out. Otherwise this could easily be a Hulk film (which I don't mind at all in a vacuum, but not for a movie called Thor: Ragnarok.)

Yeah be wary of those "extended footage" trailers from unofficial channels. It's clickbait where they usually just append an old trailer to a new trailer.

No worries. I think both these trailers have been some of the best Marvel Studios have put out. I wonder if Taika oversaw them himself.

But that song doesn't have the vocals of the one used in the trailer. Guess it's a new mix then.

"Hey Dark World 2 was obviously a masterpiece and will never be bettered, but what if we gave Taika Wititi an unlimited budget and told him to make a straight comedy mashup of Planet Hulk, Rush album covers, Simonson "Gjallarbrau" arc and Jack Kirby visuals on acid? That would be cool, right guys?"
I also get the feeling that either Taika is involved with, or they just happen to have a marketing team that gets this. Both seem viable.

This trailer makes me sad Marvel hasn't done more with Ruffalo's Hulk. They had gold on their hands after the first Avengers and it's taken this long to do anything decent again with him.

They're pretty limited by the fact that they can't give him his own movie. This is only his 4th appearance in the MCU. I think we're about to see some major development for Hulk over these next 3 movies.
