I just cleaned my PC after maybe 2 years since I opened it. Gosh, there was a lot of dirt, but it nice and clean now. There was a fan completely full of dust.

How does steam gifting work now ? I remember they made some changes and I have a bunch of humble bundle games to trade for something.

To gift someone with games purchased from the Steam Store, you have to be friend to one you want to gift to. Then you buy and directly send the gift to your friend.

Is there a way to check what you have redeemed on twitch?
I randomly redeem stuff so I have no clue if I would've done that or not.

Holy shit, Prey 2017 is something else, it's league ahead of everything I've played in past few years. It's still hard to believe how much content in this game, and it's even more impressive that 70-80% of this content is easily missable. I never thought that I'll see the day when newly released game will surpass System Shock 2, but it looks like Prey 2017 did this.

evil within 1 is $5 right now at greenmangaming but that's the standard edition

wondering if season pass is worth it

I really enjoyed the dlc, if it's at $5 as well I think it's worth it. It has a bigger focus on stealth which I enjoyed.
The first person dlc isn't anything special but it's pretty fun, the melee is very visceral and satisfying.

Never played any Dragon Quest game. Is it good to start with DQHeroes 1? Currently on a daily deal. Thanks.

It's a perfectly fine game if you can enjoy musou (like Dynasty Warriors) type games, of hacking and slashing and trying to control the field. It even has a bit of a story that makes it an alternate ending to the original Dragon Quest. It works just fine as a stand alone.

It is not however a representation of what any other Dragon Quest RPGs are game play wise, which is the main series. You will get to see the artwork, various characters, and the general ideas of the franchise story and art themes though so that might help you decide if you want to give one of the Japanese Role Playing Games of DQ 1-9 a chance (I recommend VII or VIII on PS2 or 3DS as a first) a chance.

Dunno, I didn't like it so much. It's pretty much a tower defense game in which you need to kill undred of enemies (I know, it's a musou, but since it's the only one I played I can't compare it to other games) If you play it for the plot, don't bother since it's the most generic stuff you can find in a random jrpg. If you play it for the rpg part, well, it's not really worth too, since you do nothing except building your characters and crafting stuff.

I think the game gives its best to players who know the DQ universe, since it literally throws plenty of characters from each chapter of the franchise.

Just finished Hyper Light Drifter. Overall an amazing game, I didn't find it very difficult save for some bullet hell parts, and a few challenges (did everyone except for one of the dashing ones and the 4 arenas). I really liked the style they used to tell the story, and the amount of detail every level has.

Also it seems like it's full of secrets and surely I haven't found half of them.

Completely recommended.

This happened to me. I think to fix it when you load up the game, alt-tab out and change your windows screen resolution and I think when you go back to the game it will be fixed for good.

If those aren't the exact instructions, take a google search for some of the above terms and you'll find it.

Just got the Normal Ending in Root Double .

Wow, that escalated. Very captivating and thrilling sci-fi mystery thriller with basically no animu aside from the character designs.
Very high production values, too. Everything is voiced, a ton of unique backgrounds and CGs, lots of audio use, animations, effects and music.
But yeah, seeing how that Ending played out I'm far from done, lol. Really far from done. Probably ¼ that I've seen at this point.
Well, I'm looking forward to seeing the rest, as there are still quite a lot unresolved mysteries left - or rather, nothing has really been resolved yet :p

Just don't let Route B discourage you, since it's mostly animu.
Routes C and D more than make up for it.

I finally finished Wuppo and I absolutely loved it. At first sight the art style my bother but as I played through the game it grew on me. The game starts with a very simple plot with the protagonist being thrown out from his apartment and wanting to get back in. As the game progress you start discovering more about the world, the different races living there and how they interact between themselves.

The combat is simple, with you just shooting the enemies but it's not the focus of the game even though it has various bosses battles.

One thing that the game does really well is the world feeling alive like the weather changing, day and night cycles and you needing to wait in lines.

The last time I posted about the game I was still in the middles of it and all I had to say was praise, having finished I keep my instance as before, had I played it past year Wuppo could easily be in my GOTY list because I enjoyed it a lot.

If you own the Exclusive Edition or the Exclusive Extras, make sure you click the link in the menu to sign up to the Secret Beta List!

I assume this gets access to builds of Heat Signature, which looks pretty cool. The Exclusive Edition is the third thirty dollars tier of Gunpoint, and I don't have it. I also don't have time, so it works out perfectly!

I played the demo and it looked great. Is it too hard? I'm considering buying it for my wife, she likes cute games, but being easy and simple is a must for her.

I had a lot of trouble against one of the early bosses, so unless I am a total noob, yes, it can get hard.

Not been around for a while. Any fun stuff going on?

I just saw the Shadow of War - Shelob trailer. Pretty sure those that read and love the books will be quite aggravated by how far they are going away from the source material. But from the perspective of someone just in it for a laugh, it looks decent.

Also - good to see a trailer that isn't doing the bloody abysmal "insert popular / contemporary song cover here" for game trailer. It sounds fucking pathetic and uninspired, generally making me significantly less interested in your game. This at least was fitting to the content and different sounding (albeit with some standard trailer tropes)

People have been checking the GMG flash deals, right? Because Dishonored 2 is $17.00 after coupon, which is an all-time low.

I need this.

---

Now I just need Dark Souls 3 around the same price (Don't need the DLC I never bother with it).

---

Still debating on buying PUBG. So I can get that Twitch Box, since I think I claimed that on my account.
Since if it was it'd pay for itself.

I hear there is a secret mini-game called PlayerUnknown's Dino Crisis. It's the original Dino Crisis games (all 3 of 'em), where all dino models are replaced with human models from PUBG.

There has only been 2.

Sorry about that! I sometimes confuse reality with my fever dreams, where a third Dino Crisis was released on the original Xbox and took place on a space station.

EDIT: And where a fourth game, which was a side-scrolling remake of the entire series, launched the Virtual Boy into mainstream success.

And where a fifth game tanked on PS4, which saw the Dino Crisis franchise turned into a Bust-A-Move style puzzle game. Critics raved, but alas, only 14 copies were sold.
