In-N-Out Burgers not coming east. Steak N Shake still secretly the best.

Meh, as a Midwesterner, I'd take Culver's over In-N-Out any day:

I mean yeah dude, my wife swears by them and their concretes

I'll stick with Five Guys if I want overpriced fast food burgers.

The entire reason in n out is so popular is that it's not overpriced. It's priced very competitively (if not often cheaper) than shitholes like McDonalds or Burger King despite being much higher and more consistent in quality. Five Guys is good, but a burger with a decent number of fixings, fries and a drink is almost double what In N out is.

I'd like to try In and Out at some point as I've herd its good from some people but I've got Cookout and Five Guys pretty close to me so I'll live.

What I really want in my area is a frekaing Donatos pizza. The one thing I miss so much from living in Ohio. Best pizza imo.

Exactly, five guys is better.

Five Guys is sloppy as fuck too

Nope. Completely worthy of any and all praise heaped upon them. Most delicious burger in America.

For a ghostwriter you tell a lotta LIES

Shake Shack is better.

Kinda. Shack's burger is better but their fries are wack. But you go for the shakes

They're perfectly rated.

In fact

I want some In-N-Out right now

I DON'T CARE WHATCHA WANT

In-N-Out's have been popping up more and more over Texas. It's cool, but I'm still more surprised Whataburger hasn't moved to the coasts yet.

There have been some in Florida for sure. I used to go to one near UCF in Orlando. It did close down, though. I know Jakcsonville has some at least.

INOB is the shit, but I recently got to experience Shake Shack two weeks ago... And I legit yearn for my next opportunity to put that burger in my mouth again. The burger was delicious and the perfect size, I didn't feel the need to take a nap afterwards.

Eh, if i want a cheap but good burger there is always Wendys or What-a-burger. There really isn't a shortage of cheap ok burgers with toppings.

Their supply chain has been the #1 issue since the jump. Expansions always depend on fresh deliveries. If they can't do it, they won't.

Let's let everyone's favorite bad boy traveling chef Anthony Bourdain weigh in-

Bourdain orders his burger “animal style” — a double patty with extra Thousand Island sauce and pickles.

He divulged what he loves most about the burger.

“This cheese-like substance is just perfect,” he said. “This is like a ballistic missile … a perfectly designed protein delivery system.”

After taking a bite, he proclaimed In-N-Out to be his favorite restaurant in Los Angeles.

“There it is … my favorite restaurant in Los Angeles,” he says. “… A city with many fine restaurants, by the way.”

Check and mate, mate.

Holy shit, you guys don't have CoCo ICHIBANYA? I am so sorry lol.

Nope! I really want to move to the west coast in general, but having access to CoCo Ichibanya is one of the top things making me lean towards California, haha

Texas wins at food again and always. Especially fast food. It's amazing that we get In-N-Out, Shake Shack, Five Guys, Chick-Fil-A, Cane's, Chicken Express, Popeye's, KFC, AND Whataburger.

But CA has all of those as well and Habit for those so inclined and more

I'll stick with Five Guys if I want overpriced fast food burgers.

In N Out is like half the price of Five Guys.

Having lived in AZ, and after having seen it hyped to hell, I can honestly say it was one of the most meh burgers I've ever had (not bad by any stretch though).

I don't see the appeal personally, but godspeed to them anyways.

Protip: In-N-Outs outside of Southern California are not as good.

With that said, I'll take Shake Shack and local joints over In-N-Out.

Did I mention I'm a Californian?

If you're not ordering the fries to be "well done" at In-N-Out, then you're doing it wrong

So much better than just ordering their fries as they are

Toasted buns is also a must

We have In-N-Out Burgers all over the place here. It's so ridiculously overrated. Don't let the "haves" fool you, it's not worth being jealous over. It's not gross, but it's not great.

Five Guys and Shake Shack are everywhere because they like money

In-N-Out stays where they're at because they A: know they can't compete and B: realize you West Coast hipster goof bastards will take up arms for them along with quinoa and free-range chicken farms

No Cheeburger? Not the greatest but has some pretty cool drink and milkshake customization options and a good atmosphere.

"Saturated fat causes heart disease as much as Brawndo is what plants crave."
Honestly I don't get the craze. Wendy's makes better burgers. Whataburger used to now it's about the same.

There's a Five Guys next to a In and Out in my city. Literally across the street from eachother. Never seems worth the price of Five Guys vs In and Out. Only issue is you can always get the Five Guys burger faster since there's never a moment where In and Out doesn't have a line out the ass.

Like people downplaying a solid burger for a decent price are being silly. In and Out isn't nearly the big deal people make it out to be outside the state. Take shots at it, but I mean it does what it aims to well enough.
