I've got no issue with that. The more, the merrier.

Also, I don't really have the graphic design skills to create a gathering thread.

And yes, BOOK YOUR TICKETS FOR DUNKIRK! 3:45 showing preferably. We'll all be gathering there.

Turns out they didn't go so fast. Ticket master implemented some sort of virtual queue. People still getting tickets at like 12

They have this all planned out but are happy to fuck up other events by selling too many tickets in a presale to make sure they can guarantee their sales and leaving hundreds clamouring for 100 tickets between them. I'm not sure if there's any other company that I have to deal with that I dislike as much.

Browsing DAFT to see whats out there.

Find a neat looking place in south Dublin thats reasonably priced. Sharing with a software developer.

Good photots, place seems lovely and all the things you would want.

Everything seem grand then out of nowhere near the bottom of the text description.

MUST BE OK WITH SPIDERS!

LOL.

Screenings starts at 340 but film won't start until 4ish with ads is my guess. So out of there by 6. Can either go to Token then for dinner and drinks the rest of the night or grab dinner and drinks elsewhere then Token. What do you lads think?

For those of you that go to the IFI regularly, how does their weekly scheduling thing work? I thought as the first week of Dunkirk's dates and tickets went up last Friday, the next week (which due to work seems to be the best time for me to go around my birthday) would be up yesterday but it wasn't. I had another look at the site and it said dates go up on Mondays so I was thinking maybe it would be in 2 day's time, but when I called last week about it they told me they'd go up this week. Now I'm starting to wonder if they actually mean they'll do it on the week of the first dates of the movie. I mailed them to try to get confirmation but heard nothing back.

Thing with IFI, is they can do one week of showings of a film and then just show something else. They only have a couple of screens I think so they rotate film selection much more often than other cinemas.

I thought that made sense and honestly thought of it initially, but then I don't get why they said to me that they will be showing it for at least 1 week more.

On my way home, decided to grab my first ever abra kebabra meal. I have to say, I have no idea why there are so many abra kebabras around when the meal was bang fecking average and overpriced.

...sorry, meant abra kestabra

It feels like it's about 12 degrees and 3486348643% humidity in Dublin at the moment. Holy fuck it is unpleasant, at least in my apartment here.
