I like all of the new Sacred Stones units. Would probably target Tana but Seth is a solid fellow. I basically played as him in one Sacred Stones playthrough, him and Eirika united. Still haven't gotten my Eirika yet though. Banner has solid skills new and old like a Slayer's Axe and that previous Earth Boost. I've been holding onto a spare Boey 4* while determining which high hp unit really want to give EB3 to (also have a workhorse +def 5*).

Also probably time to move on from the Summer banner, no greens dropping for me as I try for Elise, probably will get the other green instead, and I now have a strong Nino and Soren at 4/40 to promote if I want.

Edit: hmm, just another Ruby Sword for Seth. Amelia with the armor movement boost, EB3, Slayer's Axe...green time again it seems.

You have a valid point. I originally thought of the second horse team which got postponed as I can't find a red rider among other things. Probably it's more of my attention shifting to putting together a flier team finally.

I dunno, this focus group threw me a ranch as I usually have a usable one ready.

Legion is a fine unit if you want to train him. He can be a speedy glass cannon type if you want to invest in him, but I wouldn't toss away Frederick for his benefit when both can be of use, particularly as the game moves toward modes where you need multiple teams on deck.

Wasting so many orbs focusing on just grey orbs to try and get a 2nd Genny for that sweet wrathful staff I want to give my Lucius. Every 3-star healer I get for 5 orbs pains me deeply

And the two times I didn't get any grey orbs and I was forced to pull from another colour... I get 5-star Ike and Julia.

I can't be mad, but it kinda sucks that it reset my focus %. I'll be using the last few chances I got, then most likely wait a long while until she is part of a focus banner again.

As someone who has all 4 of the Legendary Heroes banner, has a Horse Emblem team completed, and doesn't have any of the Tempest Trial Banner units, should I spring for any of those units, or is the one to save for the Choose Your Legend banner, assuming it's finally coming soon?

I just did a calc with that and he still kills all relevant green mages on enemy phase with one exception - Spring Camilla with full flier buffs (Hone+Fortify) survives with 1 HP. You can fix that with a +Atk seal or a buff.

What's the best staff for a Cavalry Team's Elise with Wrathful Staff?

Do I just want Assault for all-out power, or a weaker one with an ability? The one that recovers 50% of damage dealt seems nice, especially considering my Elise has 35 base RES, but with a Might level of 4, she may not be doing that much damage, right?

The one that prevents countering sounds nice, too, but I'm just not sure.

Assault and Absorb are basically the options depending on playstyle. I'm not a big fan of Candlelight outside the +10 vantage armor metagame where it's practically impossible to 1RKO them.

if you're doing multiple battles i like absorb since it lets her self heal. otherwise i just use assault

I tried out tempest lunatic 35 on auto battle and I don't know how you guys do it. The AI makes some unbelievably garbage calls. Between a Bartre on the other side of a bridge and Leon literally right next to Delthea she chooses to attack Bartre. My team had commited sudoku by round 3 by trying to face tank even with targets they could eliminate in range lmao

I think I might only have 20 or so more orbs to go before the event ends. This is getting up there with 170 orbs for my Reinhardt and nothing else bad luck. Except, you know, the bonus rate.

Damn.. I didn't realize how lucky I got. I spent 60 orbs pulling all but red (already have Ike) and came out with Genny, Julia, and 2x Ninian. Despite all that, what I was most excited about was pulling Reinhardt and Cecilia with +Atk/-Def IVs, which spurred me into Horse Emblem.

I got into tier 20 with 4806 points, and I barely made it into the top 10K for Arena Assault. I was ranked around #5600 and #9200 for the respective modes.

This is my first time ever in tier 20, so I feel satisfied that I accomplished this milestone. I won't be trying in regular Arena because of the competition and these poor bonus Heroes. I have literally only leveled up Legion and Alfonse, and both of them are 4* rarity with no skill inheritance.

I'll make sure to get at least 4000 Offense. I had 5 defenses last season, so it will be much harder this time with these Heroes. I hope I get at least one, and I don't aim for half points on Defense.

Excited for tonight.

I'm really happy with my new Masked Marth, Nowi, Celica, and Sonya team. I'm almost done with setups, and the synergy is excellent. Not as explosive as my horse or Bridelia team, it allows many ways to play including baiting with Nowi and then charge up her HP with M! Marth to start over is pretty fun.

I trained Alfonse up to 5 star today pairing him up with Delthea. Dude was like a juggernaut just bodying everything in one hit (66 with Dark Aura + Death Blow and Drive Attack). I might even say i enjoyed using Alfonse lol

150 or so orbs down the drain and I've received zero Ike and zero Julia. Pity counter was around 10% combined, brought up a summoning screen and saw neither red nor green stones. Took a deep breath and opened a blue stone, and of course an 5* -DEF +RES Lukas had to showed up. LIES, LIES, LIES!!!

I don't even know where to start; it's like, if even Hero Fest and its shiny 5% base rate is a lie, is there any hope left? My recent 350+ orbs have been absolutely disastrous. First 200 orbs and no Celica but a -SPD Delthea, and now this. Why game, why do you have to ruin my months of F2P savings like this?

I think I played the game quite diligently and competitively, tried to finished all contents/rewards, manged to stay in arena T20 once or twice, hit AA top 2k-ish, etc. But my pulling results have been constantly abysmal and I might even have grown accustomed to that. I do not want to complain, because this is just a game after all, and luck is luck. However, the sense of game progression, and the psychological reward feedback-loop is not working out for me so far.

I'm gonna assume the amount you need to start paying to feel your money working is disturbingly high. Even when I put a bit of money down I never actually got the thing I wanted with bought orbs.

They will just spawn on another spot. In Legion's GHB, it seems the reinforcements are tied to how fast you kill. for example if you kill zero enemy in the first turn, nothing gets spawned that turn.

No you can't. They just spawn besides you if you are standing on their default spawn points. The reinforcements appear as you kills off enemies on screen though; you can prevent them from happening by not killing anyone at first, position yourself and finish them off in one turn or something. You can check out videos like Mkv.'s for strategies like that.

Well, that's obviously an option. Once you open the floodgates though, god knows how much water will be set free. lol It is the uncertainty of chance-based spending that makes me wary.

When I first spent money, I got spd+/hp- Lucina on the first 5 pulls. Of course, that kind of luck never returned, though.
