Bortles will be fine as long as he doesn't throw the ball in the middle of the field or on out routes. He has good touch when he has to drop the ball into a receiver on fade routes along the sideline.

Eh, I think you can't really come at ALL teams for not signing Kaep, just the ones with a clear need. There are a lot of teams out there that supported protesting players on their rosters.
It's still disgusting that Kaep is out of the league though. Absolutely disgusting.
