Overall the 2017 Jets might have the worst roster in the salary cap era. They have no one on offensive and despite drafting defensively for what seems like forever only a middling defense. They are tanking hard.

If depends on yours states law on adverse possession.

That means if you start using someone else's property long enough it is yours. But you have to do it in a way that is obvious and noticeable.

Absent that you probably don't have a shot.

I never did that but my friend lent me his descrambler once and I found out you could masturbate too much.

I am sure it is just nostalgia but i remember that soft core porn being the best I have ever seen.

Just like that glass of water after a hard day outside laboring is the best thing you've ever put in your mouth. Soft core porn on a hot summer night...it was something else.

I never got a black box but very rarely back then (it's much more common now) Cinemax would get a free preview. Like once every three years in my area. Other times it would just come through almost descrambled.

I eventually found out in high school that the Cable Access channel in my town had a show that would review movies and left in the nudity. In fact they reveled in it.

I live in the same state as you bro. Also, what if the property never went into that persons name, but right from the seller to my name due to a clerical error?

I don't think you have a leg to stand on unless you adversely possess it for a few years.

Why not just do the right thing and tell them of the mistake?

Watching the video again she is first egging the crowd on for Zeke to to pull her shirt down, then is not even upset about it, in the second video she "slaps" him away but not in an aggressive way, she slaps him away so she can pull her shirt down herself. They then share a laugh and go hang out after the event, because they know each other and they are friends, she was not some random. There is no malice or aggressive behavior evident in either video and it makes no sense to use it as a way to paint him in a bad light.

Now with him abusing his ex, that could very well be true and if that happened it calls for a lot more punishment than a measly six games but this particular incident on st. patrick's day should not in anyway be used to cast him as a potential abuser of woman like the nfl wants the public to think.

Anyways this is about to get a lot more ugly, I expect the rest of her phone pictures to leak out, the report mentions a black eye? that was not included in the TMZ pics that got posted again the last couple days and supposedly there are more pics yet to come out. It could be the nail in Zeke's attempt to paint himself as innocent.

I have every intention as I mentioned in my original post. Thing is, they haven't paid the property tax and the city notified me that they are seeking a lien. I was under the impression such a lien could have negative repercussions on my credit score, even if the property goes to sheriffs sale. To avoid that I'd pay the property taxes, but if I do that I have no way of getting the money back from the real owner. If he doesn't pay the property taxes I'd like to have some recourse there.

It doesn't really matter if she egged him on, was fine with it, agreed with it, or whatever. It's still inappropriate conduct for a player in the NFL, especially a young star of one of the most visible franchises in the league. It hurts the league's image

I understand it is inappropriate conduct for zeke but it should not have been used in a letter that strictly was about his abuse of his ex, it was only included to help their case against him. Zeke is a dumbass who finds himself in the beehive too many times

Just notify them it is not your property.

They will either seize it or fix it.

Hopefully you don't have to put up with too much bullshit overnight this.

Disclosure. I never practiced in properly law. Whatever advice you get is from what I remember from the bar exam and law school. Sadly I remember more about soft core summer nights than I do about this shit...

The letter was about his conduct as a whole, not just one incident. That was sort of the point. They were telling him "Stop being a fucking moron".
