What do you guys use as an alternative to Nesquik (for cold chocolate milk)?

I love Nesquik chocolate milk. I had so much through all of my life. I have it with peanut butter toast in the morning, and I dip my toast in it. I drink it cold.

I haven't bought some in a while, and I would prefer it to stay this way, as I would rather never buy another Nestle product again. But the alternatives to it that I've tried only work with hot milk. When using cold milk, the powder doesn't dissolve. This is a fatal issue, as I prefer my chocolate milk cold. So I was wondering if any of you knew of a Nesquik-like product that would dissolve correctly in cold milk.

Ovaltine was a big competitor in Puerto was Rico back in the day. It was fine or just Hershey's Chocolate Syrup.

Nesquik only powder with cold milk. I have tried a lot of others powder on cold and much worst than Nesquik.

Alternately, just get a liquid concentrated flavouring. Remind that there will be a lot of chemical shit.

Here in Spain the main chocolate milk mix is ColaCao. It's not much for cold milk unless you stir a lot or use a mixer, but they usually pack in one on summer on big packs, so that's nice.

They get quite imaginative with them, too.

This name makes no sense to me.

Crispy Crunch is a chocolate bar, which is both crispy and crunchy. The milk is flavoured to taste like the chocolate bar. That also explains the label, where the milkshake is coming out of the chocolate bar wrapper.

It actually tastes better than an actual Crispy Crunch. Love these things. This is the full line:

Whats your beef with Nestle. Just an evil company?

I still buy Nestle powdered chocolate milk mix but i use it so infrequently a container lasts for more than a year.

As a kid I tried other alternatives but nothing was as good.

Chocolate milk? Time to move over, kids, the big boys are in this thread now.

Mix this shit with some ice cold milk and prepare for greatness.

Man...this thread reminds me of how much I used to love Nesquick as a kid. I probably haven't had it in 25 years...and I can't even do milk anymore, but shit...I'm really craving this now.

Chocolate-flavored protein powder works well, and it helps add additional protein to your diet. Different brands dissolve differently (and some not so well), but the Muscle Milk brand 100% Whey works pretty well. When my kids ask for chocolate milk, I put just a dash of Nesquik in, and a spoonful of the Muscle Milk, and they can't tell the difference. I could probably even wean them off the Nesquik entirely.
