Street Fighter V |OTVIIII| New Generation - Fighting Game Is Something So Great

I often see the same question about Mika

I never had a big issue with Mika mirror matches. Laura just feels so much worse. her buttons seem much more punishing, and literally any time she gets into range it feels like being in the corner against Mika

The cross-up mission must be one of the hardest ones to get, almost nobody gets caught by those unless you got some crazy setups. And I hate Juri's AA jab, why are they still in the game? So stupid.
Edit: Never mind, just found a Ken that's getting hit by them for free lol. Gotta get those 10 now.
Edit 2: Got them!

Never sarcasm. I legit really like it. Kinda empty but I think that works for the stage and it's a cool setting for a fight. I like the music, as well, super compressed lyrics and all.

Its not my cup of tea. Its an empty area under an overpass with a smeared lifeless background and two ugly NPCs. I could see someone iterating on the concept and producing something much better. And the music is ehhh...

Agree to disagree.

The next couple Excellent Adventures episodes are on Tekken 7 and SFV. I can't say its too surprising considering how much disdain Gootecks and Mike have for SFV. I didn't think they'd feature another game though. I figured that's why the started up The Recipe.

I guess the appeal is just Mike and Ryan, and less the game so they can switch up. There commentary would be different. Also I guess you can only handle so much sfv with out wanting to die so...

I wish SFV would handle alt-tabbing gracefully. It seems like if I alt-tab whenever the game is doing anything other than idling at the main screen, there's a 50/50 chance the game hard-locks.

Also what are toolbars
You know how the hinky softwares and weird websites often ask you to install extra toolbars for your browser that sometimes (well most of the time) fuck up your browser and often even carry viruses with the installation package?

Oh those

I deleted all my toolbars on all my programs. Don't even have a start bar.

what year is this 1999?

It's not a problem with the software unless 100% of users experience the same thing; y'all most likely have something else in common that isn't playing nice with SFV, not "SFV incapable of alt-tab" because that's bs.

Yeah I can't see them sticking with Tekken at all given their feelings on SFV, lol.

That seems to be a UE4 thing, same thing happens to me in SFV and Tekken 7.

My friends have experienced the same issue in Tekken 7. Doesn't happen every time mind, but if you're used to alt+tabbing through down times it's bound to crop up.

So what you're saying is it's not an issue.

I've alt-tabbed a hundred billion times just to make the gifs for the OT's and the game has never locked up once.
T7 has not locked up for me either.

Well it doesn't really matter, that one guy just tripped the SFV Defense perimeter by not saying something 100% accurate for 100% of the users.

The last time a game hard locked on me when alt-tabbing was in 2010 playing CoD4 on a laptop with no gpu

I do it all the time waiting for matches.

heh, I'm not lag-switching. I just want to be able to alt-tab between my browser and SFV full-screen while waiting for matches/taking a break without the game crapping out.

GG, ChiefJoe. That was a solid Mika. I don't play against her that often so I was still figuring stuff out. You have really unrelenting pressure.

Awww....now I know how LuceBruce feels. It's CHEFJoe. Because that's my job.

But good games, Im down to play anytime!

I didn't know this was still a thing. The early 2000's was a scary time on the Internet with popups being the the main offenders followed by all the weird dancing baby desktop creatures your grandparents would install.
