Favorite Memories of High School?

Alright so some may know, I'm a senior(yes I know I'm young and y'all got grey hair). Anyway, What were your favorite memories of high school?

Mine would have to be the first time I got high sophmore year. Sitting in a car with friends and smoking some of a blunt. Damn was it a nice time(went to Cheddars after which was amazing). What about you Gaf?

No lie, a friend showed me this:

And I laughed in a library for so so long it was absurdly memorable. An ecology trip.was also pretty cool. I also remember when Random Access Memories came out I strongarmed the teacher into letting me put it on in the background of a revision session, that was pretty chill.

Getting 4's and 5's on all six AP exams I took junior year despite being diagnosed with Crohn's that March, missing over a month of school, and generally being a miserable, sickly, depressed person. One of my most proud moments in one of my worst times in life.

Escaping my gang-infested first high school and getting transferred to a better one.

Football Fridays in the fall

Graduating with honors after almost getting held back in the 8th grade

Senior prom

Outside of those times, I hated high school and almost everyone I came into contact with.

Skipping class with friends to hang out in an empty classroom, then quickly hiding under desks when a teacher came in and staying hidden for 20 minutes until we decided to scare her. Fun times.

The last couple of weeks of senior year were fun. AP exams were over and almost all of my classes became bullshit classes. It was a pretty chill time.

I also enjoyed doing concerts. I was in band.

Drinking an espresso for the first time in life and literally feeling the blood streaming through my veins. Damn, I had like 180BPM. That was weird ass shit.

The everlasting game of dice being played in the bathrooms. People would come and go, but the game was always being played.

Had a pretty decent senior year and it qualifies for me, tbh. Did well enough on AP exams to get enough credit to cover a whole semester's worth of college basics, had a small but tight knit crew to hang with, and even managed to get nominated for and win our class' Who's, Who for Most Talented (even though I wasn't even present when they announced I won.) Ended up graduating with the 7th highest GPA out of a class of 188. Good times. That being said, I'm glad I'm done with high school.

I was pretty dorky in high school, and my favorite part of it was being part of the band. During the fall it would be marching season, and we would travel via bus to all kinds of competitions. We were never a great contender, but we always had fun. The biggest festival of the year had a Top 10. If your band placed in there, you'd get a chance to order a cool sweatshirt with your school's name and place on there.

During my Junior year, the highest the school had ever placed was like 8th place like 20 years prior. They also changed it so that the Top 10 bands would be able to perform a second time to be put in their final places. When we were announced as a Top 10 band we went nuts. We hurriedly got ready for our second performance and it was amazing. Shortly after, we had to stand on the field for the final place announcements, and we got to interact with the other Top 10 bands. We were all friendly and just happy we were there. So the announcer began announcing the schools from 10th place down. With every place they announced and our school wasn't called, we'd all get a little more excited. We ended up placing 5th and after the ceremony we just cheered and ran around the field with members from other schools. I remember sitting down on that brightly lit field thinking about how I would never forget that moment.

So yeah, band was the biggest thing for me in high school. Everything I did revolved around it.

Hanging out with the rest of my academy in our personal lounge before school, during nutrition/lunch, and after school. It made us feel exclusive lol.

Game nights

Art class during 11th and 12th grade. Had an absolutely fantastic teacher so I became her AT for 12th.

Field trips to downtown LA. I always enjoyed having to wake up extra early to take the train with the rest of the class.

I loved high school. While I made some friends during college, I really felt like it wasn't to the magnitude and closeness as high school.

A lot, but a lot of horrendous ones, too. ^^' The times my friends and I were stuck after school doing stuff while evening approached were the simple but serene stuff I miss. Then there was that time a partner and I brainstormed a skit for theater that even got the deadbeats -- like me -- clapping. Fun class.

Oh and wandering around while ditching class...xD

I really enjoyed a bunch of my classes.

AP Chem and Calc were awesome classes made even better by the fact that we got to do basically whatever we wanted after the AP tests were done a month before school got out. Talking 4 player Halo on the projector or week long games of Risk.

Also had a cool off campus class that let me really develop my love of computers and set me off on the career path I'm on today.

This but switch it with the Shrek meme in a networking class. High school mostly sucked.

Playing yugioh in the anime club.
They banned it from the club in my junior year which killed a ton of my interest. That and a few other changes basically made it a ghost town in my senior year.

I don't know why people like the graduating part. That was so much anxiety for me. The only interesting thing to come out of it was the graduation party where I pulled my first all-nighter (I couldn't stand sweet tea by the end of it).

EDIT:
I liked computer math and Computer Science but the project at the end of comp sci basically destroyed me.
Due to poor performance overall in 8th grade I did Algebra 2 freshman year as opposed to Algebra 2 trig. Not taking the trig course has hindered me but it was a well-paced class with interesting topics.

I went to a high school outside the public system so I was surrounded by misfits just like me. We all mostly left each other alone (although as a downside, I didn't make any friends either).

Portraying Bottom (complete with donkey mask) in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream was probably a highlight.

The only part i liked was hanging around with my friends after school or during breaks, school itself was chaos or boring nothing special about it at all like you see on tv lol.

Highschool more is like a kindergarten for teenagers. College tho is perfect people are older and more mature so now i do enjoy my time durin school. And time also finally goes fast enough on school it was goin by slow af back then:p

My favorite memory was getting my high school paper and finally be done with that bs. College or university is where the fun begins (if ofcourse you make some friends there + do a education you like or is usefull to you in the future)
