You did a great job at failing at the gaf detective shit in an effort to smear.
As recently as yesterday I said would get an xbox one x if the exclusive library was better and/or if the xbox one x wasn't $500.
Very convenient of you to miss that.
I've also owned two xbox ones this gen and sold both of them.
So you can stop concerning yourself with where and what I post about.
Get used to it, get over it, or the ignore feature. Your choice.

Yea it's far from a given that it could succeed as a next gen console but if positioned right and if the graphics upgrades start to become widespread and evident to all, it could create enough buzz to get people to come into it with an X. But yes most New casuals will be fine with an S. But if they have the coin would opt for an X.

XB1X shots look excellent.

Lol at people saying XB1X is a generational leap over PS4 Pro. It's 53% more powerful. A generational gap usually has an increase in power of at least 4X (400%).

Optimization is my uneducated guess.

ND are exclusive. They have more time to play around with the hardware.

Crystal Dynamics (or whichever developer handles TR) have more memory and better hardware readily available with the X for these improvements, and not enough time to play around with the Pro to get results.

Ryzen at 3 Ghz is 50 % more in Ghz + 70 % IPC, So more than double when Ryzen comes to console.....and all will change again as devs will have options like a PC, at the moment with Jaguar the main option with more power is resolution.

I dont think Its worth changing over Pro until we get Ryzen consoles is my opinion, but its worth upgrading an OG Ps4 and definitely an Xb1S for sure.

Ryzen will be a generational leap and allow game options we cant have with Jaguar today.

Definitely. I'm not disputing those things. My post was quite clearly questioning the people who have been saying it's a generational leap over PS4 Pro. Relatively speaking, it's actually quite a small jump. Only 53%. That's why I think PS4 Pro games and XB1X games will look quite similar in practice moving forward. XB1X games will just look a bit better in close comparisons.

I go away and watch Ghost in the Shell for 2 hours and then the thread just go haywire lol

What everybody should think about, and this is no joke, is that Nixxes are extremely talented and the chance of many other games showing differences like this are quite small I'd say. Nixxes seems to try and push themselves further everytime they touch a game no matter what hardware they work on. Other devs might think it's good enough when it's equal to the Pro version.

Of course its not a general leap over the Pro. People are super excited and due to it some statements might be a little bit over the top. I am excited too as I a) own the game, b) have a 65" 4K OLED TV and c) will have the One X to see it with my own eyes.

After all some competition is good for the industry and especially for us customers!

There's clearly new assets as a PC with 2x the GPU and 4x the CPU doesn't have it. No doubt Xbox One X tops PS4 Pro but this is an apples to oranges comparison.

I think sane people realize that it isn't a generational leap over the Pro. However, if the 40% more power OG PS4 had over OG Xbox One shabang is any indication of what's to come, I think the difference between Pro and X will be significant. Out of the park significant? No. However, after owning a PS4, OG XB1, XB1 S, it will be VERY significant for me.

LG? I'm still using my 46" LED :( I need to find out what to get before the X launch, can't waste the first impression on my current TV. I sit 10 feet from the 46 incher too so I probably couldn't spot the difference between 720p and 1080p on it :p

Why would you go through it 4 times? I got through it once and was like "Welp, that was a thing" and forgot about it by the next day. I even had the season pass for it because I got it super cheap and I never even went back to do that Baba Yaga content.
