I believe it's included in September NPD, not this one.Wow no love for Mario + Rabbids?
Madden was always going to be #1I expected TLL to be #1. Guess it wasn't so great of a debut?

for real? yeah so a part of the hardcore UC fanbase already got the game for freeAlso it was available for free for dlc pass owners, which probably took away some percentage as well.
Also it was available for free for dlc pass owners, which probably took away some percentage as well.how could you expect a $40 single platform exclusive "standalone expansion" to be #1 over Madden?
note this chart is based on revenue...
Expted results Sony will probably win September thanks to Destiny.
The number of season pass owners ain't gonna be that highAlso it was available for free for dlc pass owners, which probably took away some percentage as well.
Wow so more Nintendo games in the top 5 than Sony games

Again #3 on that list is very good especially based on revenue of a game that's $40.
Hey Mat, thanks for being here to answer questions! How difficult did you find it to make a prediction for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, seeing as the game would be free for a subsequent of Uncharted IV owners? I doubt there was much precedent to base a prediction on.It really is.
Which universe are you living in where an Uncharted game, let alone an addon, sells more than Madden in US?I expected TLL to be #1. Guess it wasn't so great of a debut?
It really is.
i still go by
September: Sony
October: Nintendo
November: Microsoft
December: toss up
Oh shit, Zelda's at number 5? That's pretty high, no?
Yes, it's trucking along very nicely.Oh shit, Zelda's at number 5? That's pretty high, no?
Yeah, X launches in Nov.Nice hold fro Spal2oon. Good to see TLL and Crash in top 10.
X releasing in November?
I would say yes considering it was released long ago at this point.
I expected TLL to be #1. Guess it wasn't so great of a debut?
In the good old USA. Not a chance over Madden. Heck even UC4 would not beat Madden.
You people are out of the loop when they think Madden is some small time franchise lol.
In what may have been a serious mistake, I've recorded a video talking about all of August's highlights as well as a look ahead to September.
It's a bit dry, has a lot of charts and is written in the language of corporate America, otherwise known as PowerPoint.
thanks so much[snip]
Huh, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is above Zelda in individual chart but below it in the general chart. Is the Wii U SKU putting in work or is the difference in sales that small between the two games on Switch?
Mat August was a 4 week month, not 5
But that would suggest Mario Kart 8 should be above Zelda in the general top 20, which it isn't.Mario Kart 8 rankings include sales of both Switch and Wii U versions.
LOL. Son of a.

Watching Mat's video (great work)
Right, so that would suggest that the Zelda Wii U version is putting in some decent legwork in support of the total number for BOTW, then. Either that, or the difference MK8D Switch - BOTW Switch is very small and as a result the WiiU version of BOTW needs to outsell the MK8 Wii U version by a small bit as well ( although, judging by the fact that there's another game between the two in the top 20, I think BOTW WiiU will have needed to do decently in order to bridge the gap).Zelda has a Wii U version as well.
very informative and easy to understand. good listeningIn what may have been a serious mistake, I've recorded a video talking about all of August's highlights as well as a look ahead to September.

omgYeah it looks easy enough at first and then it hits you. Just have to get into the groove of things.
And say the required phrase at the end of any YouTube video.
"Make sure to Like, Comment, and Subscribe"
Hey thanks! That was way harder to put together than I thought, and took way longer to record, and I still have a bit of a corporate drone thing going. Seriously, I have a completely new found respect for people that put together videos for a living.
Will digital for The Lost Legacy include people who got it through the expansion pass, or does PSN not break that info out? I usually go physical, or digital for discounts down the line, but the Best Buy $27 deal a few months ago was unbeatable.
