World Cup is in: "Nekketsu Koukou Dodge Ball Bu: Soccer Hen".

Holy shit I remember playing this on my sega mega drive! But I don't remember any story components to it - it was just a endless football fun. I also remember getting this (or something similar) on my super nintendo.

This brings back many memories. Going to go find my old console and see if double dragon and donkey kong work.

My first raffle.

Guess I am pretty late, but just noticed the Blue Reflection Steampage is online:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/658260/BLUE_REFLECTION__BLUE_REFLECTION/
not sure what to think about this one , love the design of the monsters , but the school / fanservice part of it makes me a bit weirded out

Apparently steam is now putting franchises in their correct chronological order: Assassin's Creed, Final Fantasy, Hitman etc...
nice stuff ... too bad its mostly just AAAs ... but i guess its hard to do store-wide without any franchise tag

You know nothing, Bob Nowhere.

Haha, didn't even realise Ygritte was the voice!

Yeah it looks like the ordering isn't perfect. Not sure if the pubs are finally using the flag steam put there 3-4 years ago or someone at Valve had 5 spare minutes. My Assassin Creeds look good though I don't have Unity or Syndicate. It puts Liberation before IV etc...

For the cool kids that are playing divinity 2:
I still have to start the game, do you suggest to wait for fixes?
A friend of mine said that at the moment there's a bug where some quests are shown as unfinished even if you complete them and another one where after you can't talk with anyone in the game

I haven't run into any bug myself, but I'm not that far into the game either at 5 or so hours.

There is a new patch due in the next day or so. Perhaps you can read the notes and see if it addresses any of your concerns.

One other thing to remember is that many people are restarting their games after playing the tutorial sections and getting a better sense of the character build they want to launch off with. I know I'll be doing the same soon as I want to play a pure Thief character as my main.

I had three quest that I finished that didn't register. I got the XP though. They were:

1. Rescuing the Elf from Griff
2. Withermoore's Soul Jar
3. The Dragon/Knight though that may be intended and he shows up later?

I've also had a few crashes today, though resetting my comp fixed that, may have been due to the patch overnight as I hadn't had any before today.

The sortas flag has been a thing for a few years now, but it's something publishers have to set, which is why, to continue with the AssCreed example, Rogue and Origins aren't ordered properly. Origins would actually just land in the correct spot as-is since Syndicate is sorted as Assassin's Creed 6, but Rogue should have the name Assassin's Creed 4.5 or some such so it'd sit between Freedom Cry ("Assassin's Creed 4 Freedom Cry") and Unity ("Assassin's Creed 5").

Rumor is that SF5 is getting a new console release/edition that comes with the released DLC.
Among them is a traditional arcade mode. This one has been rumored for some time and will be a normal update for existing owners.

Currently take it as rumor, but today Valve would probably post info about new Steam currencies and one new pricing region - South Asia (includes Bangladesh, Butan, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka).

New currencies:
ARS - Argentina
CRC - Costa Rica
ILS - Israel
KZT - Kazakhstan
KWD - Kuwait
PLN - Poland
QAR - Qatar
UAH - Ukraine
UYU - Uruguay
VND - Vietnam

The lack of AUD support isn't terribly surprising as Valve's in the process of appealing its loss to the ACCC in federal court, but the introduction of UAH support will leave it as the only currency mentioned at Steam Dev Days 2014 that has yet to be implemented.

I feel your pain Jase, BYN was listed among all those currencies in previous leak, but now it's gone. I guess i'll stick with russian retail keys for a while

From what I can tell it seems like the quest thing is just a bug with the log. You still get XP and rewards so it isn't a big issue.

Playing through Sonic Generations has been a lot of fun. The game is way shorter than I expected it to be (3.5 - 4hrs), well unless you do the optional challenges, but I even enjoyed replaying the 3D acts of the game to get an S-Rank for each of the stages. I still had my share of issues with the 3D Sonic, especially in terms of controls and how using the boost during "platforming" is pretty much suicide, but it has been fun nonetheless. I'm actually curious about Sonic Forces now.
But ... what the hell was the last boss? I had no clue what was going on, I just kept moving around aimlessly and then everything came to a very sudden and disappointing end (I'm still talking about Sonic here). Then again, it's not like the other bosses were that much more interesting.

I think Sonic Generations starts very strongly with Green Hill Zone (both 2D and 3D), but all of the other stages bored me to tears.

Stop scaring me with all this talk of the game being huge. I told myself I'd stick to short games for a while so I could actually beat one in less than six months for a change.
I'm trying to delude myself into thinking that DOS2 wont take me as long as the other rpgs I played recently.

Excellent news. Just today I was wondering how they'd merge them--and this is probably a best case scenario version of it. You get everything, and the older stuff is updated. (It is unclear whether the continued updates to Old World factions will carry over to TWWH1, since it's a distinct campaign. I'd doubt it, but having it in the Mortal Campaign is much better than nothing.)

I can hardly wait to see Chaos get annihilated by rogue armies while crossing the water, or the Dwarves conquering literally every single territory in the Old World because that's what they do--but most of all, I want to see my Greenskins conquer the New World.

Props to CA for being crazy enough to try this.

It's the longest RPG i've played since W3 :>
