So im going to Vegas with some co-workers next weekend..

..and I'm the only guy.

It's one of my coworkers' bday and I agreed initially to go cuz X amount of people were going and now a few have dropped out and I'm sharing a hotel room with a bunch of girls (2 are coworkers and 1 is the bday girls friend). I just wanna be able to fart in my sleep. Lol I'm sure we will have fun tho.

Edit: this will be my 2nd time in Vegas, first time going legal drinking age.

The fact that they agreed to share a room with you probably means they don't see you in that way. Don't make things weird. Groups of women in Vegas tend to get all kinds of offers to go to clubs and shit, so it might be weird to be the sole man tagging along with that, but fuck it. It's Vegas, make the best of it.

This is my biggest concern. Circumstances have caused me to not have the funds I thought I'd have but I don't want to be another person to cancel. I try my best to maintain my commitments, but fuck I'm poor. Lol

It's good that you have a show to go to, the room issue is not a problem.

I don't want to sound all dadGAF but you can have fun without getting so drunk that you say or do the wrong thing, you always have a little leeway with 'friends' but co-workers is quite different, you seem to be a more than responsible adult because you have posted a thread due to your worries and concerns, so have fun and enjoy yourself.

It might be weird in the sense that they'll be invited to lots of things and approached and you'll kind of just be there to tag along. It's the nature of being a woman in Vegas

You can do Vegas poor pretty easily, even if you're staying on the Strip. Just don't gamble your life away.

Be careful ordering rounds of shots, that will destroy your wallet.

Only get a table/bottles if you have to, since it is the bday girls trip.

Buy some alcohol and drink in your hotel room before going out.

Play cheap slots and get free drinks.

Drink in your hotel room. There are liquor stores near the Strip if you guys have a car that cheaper than Walgreens/CVS, but those places will do in a pinch.

There is every level of dining on the Strip from low to high end. The cheapest buffets are at the Luxor and Excalibur (which also offer an all day pass), Circus Circus, and the Flamingo. Even cheaper slightly north in Downtown Las Vegas and slightly west where the Rio/Palms/Gold Coast live.

Walking through the casinos and all of their various attractions will take you years. The most interesting properties being the Bellagio, Wynn, Caesars, Palazzo/Venetian, City Center (The Aria), and the Cosmopolitan. Art all over the walls.

There are two different TKTS style discount ticketing services along the Strip in Las Vegas.

You can hike in Red Rock Mt. for $7 a car or just look at them for free.

Cheap bars! The Grand Bazaar Shops in front of Bally's has the cheapest bars on the Strip with happy hours. I believe there are six over there now. And that strip of shops has a Blue Ribbon Chicken and Giordano's.

The Otheroom inside the Forum Shops is very reasonable. And there are cheap bars in the Fashion Show Mall, of all places.

There's also this new robotic bar inside the Miracle Mile Shops adjacent to Planet Hollywood. The cocktails are overpriced, but it may be something cool to look at at least once.

You will probably get roped into fake boyfriend duty at least once during this trip to keep other thirsty men at bay. Be prepared for it.

Honestly if there is alcohol involved and your room mates are straight im sure there will be some sort of sexual encounter. have fun and drink away but dont drive. take uber or lyft. buy beer and drink at the hotel or while walking the strip. casinos give you free drinks as long as you are playing the machines/tables.

Oh, it's chilly now in Vegas. Bring layers and tell your friends to bring layers. The first day of fall, it dipped 20 degrees. And it's the desert, so it gets cold and windy at night now.

I can't tell you how many women I've seen litterally freezing their tits off because of the sudden weather change during the Life is Beautiful festival.
