Best 10/10 completed anime out there?

I guess you could say FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood even tho the movie was bad.

Death Note first season. There was never a second one.

Gurren Lagann, for me, this anime changed my life.

Stein's Gate, if you don't count the games. Tho a sequel is coming out.

CardCaptor Sakura for me, even if it touch some nostalgic notes is still god-tier.

Cowboy Bebop how could I forget about that.

oh and DBZ for sure if you don't mind the long combats.

That's my 10/10 anime I could watch forever.

Death Parade.

Every single episode is phenomenal except for maybe the one with the girl and the pop star. Also has the GOAT cameo appearance in anime ever.

For people who've never seen it, do not be fooled by the cheerful OP. This show will destroy you.

Hunter X Hunter is complete as far as I'm concerned. I don't need to see anything else.

Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

Planetes.

Yu Yu Hakusho #1

Natsuume Yuujinchou/Mushishi for youkai type stuff, both have a really different feel though. Can't think of too many others that I've watched and gone crazy over lately.

edit: Gotta add Gurren Lagann to the list. Also seen Death's Parade but wouldn't give it 10/10 even though it was great.

FMA Brotherhood? It's big, grandiose shonen that doesn't drag on forever and actually gives the impression of being petty well planned from the start.

Death Note shouldn't be on the list.

The Mellow stuff was absolute shit.

Battle Tendancy, Diamond is Unbreakable, Mob Psycho 100, One Punch Man are all 10/10s of recent memory.

my cake, fuck off
Erased and Monster are damn good mature anime shows. Not one time does a girl slap a dude after falling onto him tits first.

Op what if I were to tell you card captor Sakura is getting a sequel in January.

Also full metal panic. Cant wait for the new seasons next year to finish it.

Cowboy Bebop deserved more.

What an incredible show. I don't even particularly like anime, but Bebop had amazing cinematography. Each episode's short run time really showed off the skills of the writing team.

"You're gonna carry that weight."

Absolute masterpiece.

I liked anime in college and would love to get back into it, the idea of cartoons based on amazing established comics is amazing, but I just can't seem to enjoy the ones I have recently checked out. On paper, I should love anime. Deathnote and Attack of Titans was pretty disappointing though. What I saw.

I am going to try getting back into Cowboy Bebop. That seemed very palatable.

Now what's the next step in your master plan?

One Punch Man and Mob Psycho 100 aren't complete. OPM has a new season coming out and I believe work on the next season for Mob is underway.

It's absolutely Cowboy Bebop for me. That show was so amazing in pretty much every way.

If we're counting movies, Princess Mononoke. Such a fucking beautiful and amazing film.

That's pretty much it as far as 10/10's go. In pretty picky about what I give that kind of rating to. It basically has to effect me in a very deep emotional way, or change my life.

Solid list OP. Haven't watched Gurren Lagann nor Steins;Gate (wanna play the game first and I have it on Vita lol, will get around to that soon).
CLANNAD is a solid one too if you want something on the emotional side that doesn't creepily sexualize high school girls.

Yu Yu Hakusho!! It is great! Rurouni Kenshin is amazing too!

Death Note shouldn't be on the list.

Even if the second part of Death Note isn't a 10/10, the dip in quality wasn't as bad as people make it out to be, so Death Note totally deserves to be in the list. It might actually be my #1 anime of all time, I only wish they would've used the manga ending, rather than going for something similar, yet different in execution.

12 Kingdoms
Kinos Journey
Great teacher Onizuka
First half of otogi zoshi. Modern timeline never happened in my mind.
Escaflowne
New getter Robo.

Infinite Ryvius. It's lord of the flies in space with submarine like ship battles fought by programmers.

The ending is a fabulous wrapup and it has an interesting jazzy / hip hop fusion soundtrack.
