Well she literally just came out and we're still quite far behind JP haha. Although we are speeding through medal releases right now. We'll have to see when Xion EX drops to determine how quick we'll get medals

Did around 10 pulls on the falling price banner.

Got 0 of the new medals, not a single one.

Most of the medals i got were ones I already maxed out and I didn't get any good traits on them either :(

At least I can guilt some tier 3 medals I guess.

I missed a broom when they were coming out once per day at first and support said tuff luck.

I tried to retrieve a medal that was accidentally sold and they made it sound like it would be the only one they would ever do that on. I didn't do it since the medal wasn't important enough to possibly use my only chance on. I don't know if this is different regarding selling or combining the wrong ones due to not understanding the system.

Exact text from their email:
Please confirm how you would like to proceed as accounts are allowed 1 medal recovery. Recovering this medal will count as the one medal recovery for the account.

I did three pulls on the Falling Deal banner and manage to get 2 Terra-Xehanorts and a Ventus-Vanitas. I guess my game is on a BBS mood.

I'm happy though since I'm really close to guilting both of them now. I'm dying for a good reverse magic.

I was excited for about 1 minute. Got 0.2 Riku with 2 pips and thought that was one of the medals that would give the Mickey B if guilted. But it was Terra. -_-

Is it worth pulling for HD Xion if I can't guilt her? I need a better power medal *very* badly, but since Xion is just a copy medal, I don't know how much it'll help.

How many FMB do you have?

With the new pet system, I feel like everyone should have HD Namine/Xion.

HD Xion is amazing on Stroke of Midnight. I mercy pull her then I used some brooms and I don't regret it one bit.

A guaranteed 3 pipped one is a pretty good investment. Not immediately useful if you don't have brooms or jewels/luck for another (mercy) Xion, but it's still one big step closer to having such a useful medal sometime in the future (whether from pulls or by FMBs) than leaving it at complete chance that you'd, at minimun, get two of them (one with 3 pips and one with 2) some other time.

Yes, I'd for sure get Xion HD then. Pet system is going to make her amazing for friend medals. And for Coliseum, you could put on Stroke of Midnight or Treasure Trove in final slot.


Also am just curious, are you F2P?

Lastly, my Mickey and Friends medal says it has a 4.10x Damage multiplier, but when I'm in a stage, it's actually something like 10.25x. Any ideas as to why? Also, the medal ignores target's attributes... does that mean that if I debuff an enemy, the attack won't deal increased damage? Would the attack at least still benefit from buffs?

I'm not entirely F2P, but I've only paid a few times. I don't want to become a whale, so I only let myself go for it if the medal seems pretty extraordinary or covers one of my weak spots.

Ah okay. With your amount of FMB, I think it'd be fine to use on Xion. The next mercy copy cat friend medal won't be until HD Vantias, unless they do a reprint for HD Xion or something.

Whenever our SENA overlords decide to bestow some upon us (usually during anniversaries of some sort, maybe a holiday, but generally just because)

7 is the tier in both versions (although JP has an additional Upright buff)

For the first part, I believe it's due to the damage multiplier multiplied by the guilt e.g. 4.1(regular multiplier) *2.8 (which would equal 180% guilt). Second part, if you do PSM debuff I think that it will boost the only the attribute of the original medal? Not 100% sure here.

Pets seem like a pretty great inclusion; I'm excited for them to make their way to global! Are we thinking it's months away, or that they'll bring pets to us well before we catch up to JP's medals?

Also, is the new EX Kairi the medal to save for, if we're happy with our current set-up?

The lightning in 0.2 was all fucked up. Everyone in that game look like that. Ven in Snow White's casket literally look like an unopened action figure >.>

Some of those new clothing options look great, and I completely forgot about Halloween coming up until I saw the image. Maybe we'll finally get the Oogie Boogie HSC, and some new Halloween events for both versions of the game.

So, I'm in the market for a Second Chance ability. I notice JP is up to Second Chance III now, whereas the Ansem outfit only has Second Chance II.

Are close to seeing new outfits with III? Which costumes did it launch with?

I found a list of all the costumes released in global thus far, but can't find a JP version of the list, so any help would be much appreciated!

I think I'm gonna stick around in this game :) I'm really enjoying myself and getting back those medals and guilting them really stepped up my damage. So, and Global Vulpus party looking for an extra memeber? I think someone mentioned an open Vulpus group earlier?? ID is: 3195267

May as well copy my Discord post for those who are not there. So, after realizing I can get jewels from Proud+ quests I managed to get the 15k to mercy 0.2 Kairi. Results of those 5 pulls:

2 pipped iAnsem
94% Alice
48% Simba
84% Isa
113% Dark Riku (with +2 Gauges twice, ugh)
44% Tifa
4 pipped Casual Roxas (with Grround 60%)
36% Dr. Jumba Jookiba
47% KH 2 Riku
39% KH Aerith
34% Minnie
38% Tinker Bell
40% Pluto

I max guilted Alice, Simba, Tifa and KH 2 Riku out of those. Put Second Chance 2 on 0.2 Kairi and nothing so far on Dark Riku, not sure if he is worth an ATB 4 with those traits or if I should stick to ATK 3 (since I only have 1 ATB 4 max at the moment).

Thanks to these new things I also managed to finish the current Gem quest and got 14 million in the HSC (using 0.2 Kairi, HD Xion and a shared Roxas).

I'm having a bit of a senior moment, here, but I just bought the VIP pack to splurge on KH 0.2 Kairi, maxed her out, and noticed that Pridelands Sora with Extra Attack can basically replace both KH2 Kairi and 0.2 Kairi, no? Sure, I lose out on HP recovery, and gain an extra 4 tiers of PSM Strength at the expense of 2x PSM Defense Debuff, but that seems like a fair exchange for the ability to stick a powerful medal in the second slot in place of 0.2 Kairi, no?

Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm wondering what the buzz about 0.2 Kairi was all about when Key Art #11 and Pridelands Sora seem to outdo her in a big way.

Pride Land Sora doesn't have GDD which is better when you're facing high-leveled enemies. Also, it's easier to raise PSM Strength using offensive medals so the DEF debuffs on 0.2 and KH2 Kairi tend to be better.

Boosted medals either have +1000 Attack or +1000 Attack and Defense (chosen arbitrarily per medal by Square). This counts as just a difference in base stats, so you can still use Chip/Dales and boost it further w/ traits. Getting medals boosted is only possible in banners in which they are the featured medal, and it's very rare. So congrats on getting a really useful medal boosted!

But I'm barely level 302. So that will not happen any time soon. lol...

edit: Maybe every 50 levels gives 5k jewels?

Also were there any unlocks between 301-349?
