Man, that really was ridiculous how that all played out. I love Rick and Morty but I didn't pay attention to where I could get it on the 7th and I sure as hell wouldn't have waited in line and then been upset and yelled at people for not getting some because I don't let my life be ruled by memes.

For as many meme-loving Rick and Morty fans as there are though, I'm surprised that a lot of them didn't eschew McDonald's and Szechuan sauce in favor of going to Shoney's. Szechuan sauce seems like the poser thing to latch onto, just following the trend. Shoney's, that's where it's at. I mean, Rick and Morty fans are already smarter and more superior than non-R&M fans, but wouldn't you be smarter and more superior than the Szechuan fans if you didn't follow their trend as well?

FYI this is an example of what real Szechuan / Sichuan food looks like. It is spicy but intoxicatingly delicious. The endorphin rush is what makes it addicting I think
