i'm actually at peace with a cubs team losing for once, i just hope it's not a sweep. coming back to win the division and re-cementing themselves as a team that's not going anywhere was enough for me after last year. knocking out dusty and the nats was just a bonus. and tbh part of me is relieved that they likely aren't heading back to the ws. i honestly dont know if i could take the stress again. i'm still emotionally drained from last year.
