14 year old girl who is designed so she actually looks 10 + panties = over the top. In fact, not over the top, but revolting.
Yeah, there definitely IS fan-service -- there are some pretty extraneous panty shots here and there, one somewhat extraneous bath scene (I say "somewhat" because it actually DOES serve to develop one of the characters' personalities a bit) and a few somewhat risque comments (mostly from one character who's a bit of a perv, who's also the character involved in the aforementioned bath scene) -- but most of the game is pretty clean (well, in terms of sex, anyway!).
All the sexual content that IS there, too (save for the panty shots, which I really can't defend -- but again, there aren't that many of them!) actually serves to make the game's atmosphere a bit more believable, since it's... pretty much exactly the kinds of things hormone-addled high-schoolers in Japan say and do. It's honestly quite authentic in many ways (especially the pervy character, who I guarantee will remind every one of you of SOMEBODY you know in real life, since we all have a friend like that!), and helps make it easier to identify and sympathize with these characters, in my opinion.
And yeah, those miniskirts? Japanese high-schoolers actually wear those. Hell, the ones these characters wear are CONSERVATIVE compared to some of the skirts I saw high-school girls wearing during my 2 years in Japan.
Also, Toythatkills, that Forza car is amazing! Good show, man!!
And Creid and Phantom: The exact size of the download is unknown as of yet (we won't know until it's actually up on PSN!), but the uncompressed version we've been working with is right around 750 MB, so that's the absolute max it'll be. Most likely, it'll be less, since Sony typically compresses PSN titles -- possibly less than the 600 MB earlier stated, though only time will tell.
Also, Takao, thanks for making the OT! It looks great, and I'm really glad to see so many people taking an interest in the game!

Again, however, that art is not representative of what you'd see in-game. It is "official" art, but it's officially-recognized GUEST art -- as you might imagine for a game that started life as a doujin/indie project, its sphere of influence (and fandom) is rather wide, so quite a few guest-artists tried their hand at drawing the characters, and some obviously had different intentions for them than others. The original creators determined which art to consider "official," and I guess they just really liked that particular piece (and subject matter aside, I don't blame them -- the coloring, perspective and detail in that work is quite impressive!).
Sorry to hear you're skipping this one, Vamp. I'd urge you to reconsider, as the fanservice in this game really is quite minimal -- but if you're that concerned about it, then please, do what you must. I just hope you'll respect the opinions of other gamers who are less offended by this content.

Both of those are more expensive than HDMovieSource, so I'd use them. PCGameSupply in particular are pathetic, pretending it'll cost $20 and then throwing a $5 "activation fee" in the basket at the last minute.

The Japanese version of the game is about 479.64MB so expect it to be in that ballpark and tomorrow (Nov. 22nd) whenever Grace Chen feels like it.

I'm really conflicted about this. I definitely want the game but... PSN only... I would need to buy a memory card and they're all pretty pricey everywhere I've looked (I'm in Canada).
You can get a 4GB for about $20 which would cover this.

Depends on if you have a PSP Slim or a Go. I got a 16GB M2 for my Go for $25 6 months ago.

The video isn't loading for me
I know $20 isn't a whole lot of money by itself, but I would be buying the memory card literally for this 1 game. So the way I see it, it goes from being a $20 game to a $40+ game. That's the part that gets me.
I have a PSP Slim. The 16gb one looks nice but it's US and doesn't ship to me.
I'll probably get that 8GB memory card I guess. It's a bummer to have to buy a card just for this game.
I'm tempted to just wait and get it on the Vita, but I also feel like supporting releases like this is kind of important if I want to see more. I know that's a really dumb way to think about things but I can't help it.
