I think any amount of extra detail that more modern consoles add to the Crash model just remove some of his character, IMO. He always looked strange once he left the Playstation. I think I'd actually prefer it if he didn't show up, to be honest, I think it'd be too bizarre.

it's not about the extra detail imo, they change/tone down the proportion of PS2 Crash, his head on ps1 games are really big with exaggerated eyes and mouth.

there's a fan mod that make Crash Bandicoot with Crysis engine and imo that Crash model is probably closer to PS1 proportion and look less weird than PS2 crash.

Just spitballing based on that Michael video. I don't really care of it's affiliation, I mainly just love Bioshock.

Plus there's that Bioshock Vita and Infinite "bonus" they're doing.

Shouldn't get hyped for third-parties though, when the only rumor is James Bond.

I dunno, Sony seem to like the franchise. Its featured in their commercials, they gave it a stage show and Levine is making an exclusive Vita entry

I remember when Nintendo Power did a poll asking for readers' most wanted Smash characters or something, and James Bond was on there. Seeing him as a potential guest character in this reminded me of that, lol.

K as a huge Sony fan this has me really excited....I just REALLY REALLY hope they give as much fan service as Smash does... If its not a big character make it an assist, if its less known well than that make it a trophy, if its less well known than that make it a sticker....Sony has a really deep history if they dig for it....oh and no post in this thread would be complete without a fan list (just hope these characters/games are in in some form, i figure Jak, Ratchet, and Sly are a given)

The roster might be pretty barebones with this first game, but if it does well it will get a sequel, and that's where it will shine. Having a fighting engine and gameplay down, they can simply tweak the existing roster and add a whole new slew of fighters. It's then we'll see a lot of the characters we're demanding plus other obscure ones.
