Also, they didn't fix the clock bug. They just added an auto internet sync option every time the PS3 boots up. Must be some XMB legacy bug they can't fix or something.

Happens to me a lot. I just reboot the router and everything goes back to normal. My router is a Linksys.

I'm still at 41%. It was fast at first then was stuck at 38% and it has been crawling ever since.

According to a post in another forum in December 2011, it was:
"1 + No Bonus Points."

I'd say "80 + no bonus" is a pretty substantial upgrade.

(Quick comparison: 3DS browser was 120+no bonus, Wii is 91+0 bonus, Vita is 66+no bonus, iPhone 4S is 296+9 bonus.)

I just tried the My Yahoo! page, which has been problematic in the PS3 browser for a couple of years now. I immediately noticed two things:

1. The page loads significantly faster than it did in the past.

2. The page actually renders correctly.

So far, it seems to be a vast improvement, at least as far as My Yahoo! is concerned.

Okay, so this update got one thing right, it did upgrade the browser.... but who really cares? The clock is updated incorrectly and it still calls out the PlayStation Network, so this is a pretty failed update, I'd say.

I'm posting this from my PS3 now. NeoGAF looks just fine. I never had any real problems using the PS3 browser here in the past, although sometimes the banner ads weren't rendering properly. They seem to be rendering correctly now.

I think that in the past if failed with high 20s, so that's a huge improvement
