10km isn't near at all. That's kind of a lot in a small country as Denmark isn't it. That's like a 45 minute trip with the bus.
I think it searches up to 10km. If you find others sooner it wont search further... just my understanding.
Gran Turismo isnt on that list and i know it works on the Vita, there are games that arent on the list that work fine.As someone who never really played a PSP, which compatible PSP or Minis would you guys recommend for the Vita?
Here's the list:
http://blog.us.playstation.com/2012/02/09/how-to-download-psp-titles-to-ps-vita/
The few games I really want (Mega Man Power Up, GTA: Chinatown Wars) are not available
I wasn't going to get a Vita but took the plunge and ordered the WiFi model after seeing Hot Shots Golf screenshots.
Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational
Rayman Origins
Thinking about adding a third game but I don't know if I can justify spending $40 on Lumines.
No Monster Hunter on that list. I am saddened.
Sticks are great, and feel great. You may have experienced a busted unit due to typical EB store demo unit abuse. I also think the unit itself feels as good as anything made of plastic can. I really appreciate that it's lightweight, and don't care if that makes it feel cheap for anyone - if it was any heavier it would be nothing but detrimental.- not as solid feeling as it looks in screen shots. Everything feels cheap and that includes the thumb sticks.
I purchased it and have no more space on the 4GB card to download it, heh. I maxed that card in literally one day with Lumines, Stardust, Rayman, UC:GA demo, Ultimate GnG, some videos and music. Are there any new GAF opinions on Escape Plan?
Do we know if PS1/2 functionality is coming down the line? That'd push this over the top. I might have to get rid of my jailbroken PSP if so.
The materials and build used on Vita are better than on any PSP so far, including the original 1000. It's just lighter.Lots of people say the 3000 is too light and cheap feeling, but I loved that device. Vita feels more solid to me.

i transferred GT from ps3 and it works fine (uk). is pixeljunk a mini game?
Near sounds nice actually.
The vita I played at Gamestop felt very lightweight but the one I bought feels very solid.
I think this is the one that will disappoint me most if true.Ok so I played one at eb today.
First the pros
+ the image is really nice. I like how it looks like it is right on top of the screen and not like you are looking through a layer of plastic then the screen.
+ screen looks bigger than I thought it would.
+ the resolution fits the screen perfectly it looks like if a home console ran everything in 1080p
Now the cons
- not as solid feeling as it looks in screen shots. Everything feels cheap and that includes the thumb sticks.
- what the hell is up with the load times?! Everything took forever to load!. Wipe out was the worst around a minute or so to load a track.
I think this is the one that will disappoint me most if true.

Can someone test this for me? I want to see if it's a unique problem. If I play Wipeout, Hot Shots Golf won't work until I reset the Vita. It won't recognize the HSG card, but it will recognize any other game. Weird.
2 - if you have big hands, it's incredibly cumbersome to hold in a way that will stop you from
There's not much of anything that feels cheap about the Vita. There's some bad design decisions:
1 - game/mem doors are lame
2 - if you have big hands, it's incredibly cumbersome to hold in a way that will stop you from accidentally hitting the back-touch.
3 - left analog stick is far too close to the d-pad.
Prepare to be shocked. On March 7th Apple will be unveiling iPad 3. It will have 4GLTE, a retina screen, and a much faster processor + better battery, all in a package just slightly bigger than iPad 2.
4 - The speakers are blocked slightly by your hands when using the sticks.
I think this is the one that will disappoint me most if true.

PlayMemories should launch within this quarter, and comes with 5Gb of free cloud storage to keep our photo/video library.
no it's full blown Pixel Junk Monsters and even has a new island. i think it was PSN only when it first released but it's also on UMD. i have it on my PSP right now and just want to make sure i can transfer it to my vita when i get it. so far i haven't heard any 100% confirmation from any FEB owners that have tried.

playstation network cards are redeemable in the vita store, correct?
Really? Meanwhile people pay 50 bucks a year and get a measly 150MB of cloud storage for games....
Screen wasn't improved before. With this one, it'll be a dramatic improvement.I actually don't know if that is sarcasm, because that wouldn't be shocking at all. Improved screen, processor, and battery. That is exactly the same upgrades as before. And 4g has been done by other tablet makers for over a year.

This is basically what I'm doing. I can vouch for the seller (received the day after purchase) but won't be able to vouch for the service until I use it obviously. It's basically Three though, so it should be fine.Speaking of 3G, i remember someone posting about these 3G sim cards you could get:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-THREE-3G-3-Mobile-Broadband-SIM-Card-3GB-X-6-18GB-Data-6-months-/250963293608?pt=UK_Mobile_Home_Phones_Sim_Cards_CV&hash=item3a6e93f5a8#ht_2051wt_1159
Now does anyone know how reliable they are as it seems to be a fantastic deal compared to the high street deals?
If they are i plan to top up the Vodafone sim and get Wipeout for free, then once that finishes get one of these and be sorted for 6 months at 3GB per month cap.
At least you'll get that feeling of progression that you get on the lower levels, it's painful once you hit the higher levels!if you get a request from KlawUK, and you happen to already have mrklaw, you can swap them out if you need space - I'm going to slowly switch to my UK account. Starting from scratch with trophies is painful
Post some impressions of it! I'm really curious about that game.Gamestop seems to have broken the street date for Shinobido 2. I don't know if it's just the store near me making a mistake, but I got a copy.
