Man, just had one of those days were I couldn't win a single game. Even if I was doing alright, my team was just... meh. I won't blame my team since I'm not good enough to carry them on my own anyway.
But lost my first game as Lycan because an Ursa destroyed the bottom lane and got out of control. I never understood how some people fall to the same heroes time and time again. Ursa? Just back the hell up. Pudge? Keep shit between you and him.
I can understand getting caught once... but five or six times in a row?!

Midas takes approximately 12 minutes to make up the cost of the recipe and 16 minutes to pay for itself entirely.
Midas is bad because bads get it too late to reap the benefits and leave themselves vulnerable because they're not buying items.
Midas is good because it gives you 100 GPM. If you can get it within the first 10 minutes of the game, then you will have much more money to work with from 20 minutes onwards.
It's good on every hero provided you can farm it without endangering yourself.

Yeah I had an easy time at mid and got my bottle, my boots, and midas all in about 12 minutes.
Edit: With it I was good enough to get my Hood, reaver, and Eul's pretty damn fast.
what does this have to do with midas' and vanguards
Watched DK vs Mith and DK was quite terrible, they could have won the game but didn't really know what to do. Had they given aegis to their carry viper and pushed they would have won, but they gave aegis to ES while Viper filled inventory with relic he never built into anything. Then he made heart and butterfly and couldn't buy back when they got teamwiped. Such a boring game too, like 70 minutes of weird dota.
Yeah Asian Dota, with the exception of Next.kz and AL, is quite a mess. It seems they are stuck in a Dota 1 mentality with weird line-ups, builds and items. AL is wiping this team handily as well with tactics that have been favoured in Dota 2 for a good few months now, but Asian Dota ain't running with it.

Your graphics options were reset + they enabled some other options that were NYI the previous patch.
I had to turn my shadows off again because my computer can't handle smooth 60 with that on.
