I really don't like the look of the new AR. It looks wayyy too much like the Halo 3 version, which looks very much like a plastic toy gun compared to the superior Reach version.

Agreed. It looks extremely silly compared to the sexified BR. Hoping it'll get a new look. If not, whatever I don't plan to use it much.

It's not a grey area at all. It's against GAF's TOS. The GI stuff is not publicly legally available, you have to pay to view it.
