lol - you don't read very carefully. (It says 'Chachi ceiling.')

Load outs also include armor abilities. Will those be pickups? Serious question here. Not trying to be snarky.

If loadouts only include weapons and abilities any one can pick up on the map and thus only matter in the first 15 seconds til I find exactly the weapon I want, then it's not that bad. An example of my point: In Reach, I love Hologram, but if Halo 4's Hologram takes me say 10+ hours* of multiplayer to unlock that ability then that's what I'm talking about. But the way I used to play and really enjoyed playing now requires a non-insignificant time investment.
These questions have all been answered recently. Follow the links in this newspost.
(Looks like squidhands already answered this, but I figured you might want links. :) )

Humans haven't just adopted Covvie tech, in Glasslands
humans have adopted Forerunner tech from Onyx, the UNSC Infinity is in fact built to take advantage of all the Forerunner tech we've acquired.

As someone who's also read Glasslands, I was thinking along the same lines.
This gun looks like a gun made by UNSC using tech gathered from Onyx

For the Dutch/Belgian people over here, the new power will have a 4-pages story on Halo 4 with, from what I saw in the video, pretty much the same pictures as in the GI magazine.

Damn, you want to wait another 5000 posts?

At the rate we're going, that's only a week. Just making fun of you for 50ppp.

Woa thanks man, hope you liked it. If you ever have time in the future and if you wanted to be on it, would love to have you on sometime.
Was interesting (didn't agree with all of it, but then, we have different focuses in our Halo joy - not a bad thing).

I generally say no to podcasts - there are a lot of them, and when I start saying yes, I have fewer excuses to say no. I said yes to the giganto ones Podtacular did last year, and they killed 5 hours a night for three nights! I reinforced my commitment to 'no' after that. :)

Yeah, actually watched that ep all the way through. :) (Don't usually have time for that - too damn much content these days)

I still wonder if Halo 4's campaign will be as linear as past Halo games. I wonder if it'll be more open like ODST, and if Spartan Ops is meant to fulfill our linear campaign needs. I'm interested to see how they'll mix things up between the two modes, and in comparison to past titles.

Linear? I would not say that CE and 3 are linear. Especially since you can attack the encounters differently the whole time. If Halo 4 has big open areas but a linear mission structure like Halo CE and Halo 3 had, I'm totally okay with it. And the concept arts emphasize big areas. Hell even the in-corridor art shows a big hall.

It's cool, I understand :)

Well we know we'll be able to explore the environments we saw in the concept art from the pax-trailer. They looked pretty big so I'm hopeful for some more open missions in campaign.

Or Halo 4 is similar to past Halo campaigns, and Spartan Ops is more like ODST - I'd love to be able to explore parts of the UNSC Infinity between missions!

I had that thought as well. I think the latest Game Informer interview video had the Spartan Ops designer mention they wanted to use the mode to show off parts of the ship; I think there was even concept art of a Spartan inside the ship, possibly between mission locations.

I hope the Spartan Ops missions contain some sort of crossover from the H4 campaign.
I would love to see MC running along a platform above me that I crossed for real or was part of a cutscene.

Don't do it!!!

Squidhands don't!

There are things that should never be seen
motherfucker
. That was one of them.

Dam im scared for life.

Muhahahahaha.

I'm sorry. Truly, I am. I've somehow managed to not see a lot of infamous internet horrors, and I take a certain amount of pride in that. Not gonna trust Elzar for quite some time, lol.

I apologise for nothing! : )
