Then again, it could be nominal amounts of coins per game. That might be acceptable to Nintendo's accountants.

(And I wasn't around here for Sega's exit, but I suspect that this place would become pretty nuclear if the unfortunate/unthinkable were to happen like that. Grabbing worthwhile body parts would be a smart move for Nintendo..)

Best chance is to beg the guys making Petit Computer to port it to Wii U (and release it in the West).

Due to the power and shader system differences, putting COD on the Wii basically required coding for another game compared to the 360/Ps3. If Activision was willing enough to deal with all that to port down to the Wii, it does not make sense for them to be unwilling to make a much simpler port to the Wii U.

I've always wanted a REmake style game that combines 2 and 3, and seamlessly integrates the three day story.
Players start as Jill and the first half of RE3, transition to Leon/Claire's RE2 story, finish with Carlos/Jill and the back half of RE 3.

Yes, Skyward Sword was a painful wait. I figure Amazon is the easiest place to secure a Wii U, so I'm really hoping it launches on a weekday or Amazon figures out "launch day" arrival...
Although if Nintendo switches to universal accounts, we should at least be able to secure GameTags via 3DS...

Indeed I do. It's not an ape btw, it's actually from the episode "Werewolf" and I dunno if you've ever seen the show but I urge you to Netflix that episode, it's on streaming. It also bears the distinction of being one of the two MST episodes "starring" Joe Estevez, Emilio's brother. Haha Here's the link:

I don't remember 100%, but I seem to remember Miyamoto being at investors' meeting(s) in the past. So I wouldn't be surprised to see him at this one either.

Actually, I've done some googling.. he was at the January meeting, and had remarks on a few topics. So there's a chance. It just depends on what topics Nintendo addresses, and how they decide to address, I guess. *shrug*

I'm looking forward to this place during and after E3. Especially if MS and Sony really stick to their word and don't show any new systems. Very interesting reactions incoming in that case.
Some of the best E3 moments are right here on GAF. The overreactions of many, leading into mass bannings are hilarious. If MS and Sony do stay true to their words then it will be really interesting. I really want Nintendo to come out on top this E3 and I'm hoping they can prove that to me with their showing.

Activision not supporting the U is speculation, and doesn't make a great deal of sense when you think about it. Does anyone in their right mind really expect them not to port CoD..? They'd port it to a bloomin pocket calculator if they could lol. And I can't see them ignoring the U and letting EA grab all of the spoils at launch and during the launch window. Just not going to happen imo.
The U will have a SKU of all of those AAA multiplatform titles apart from Bioshock Infinite imo.
The vast majority of publishers were caught by surprise (as were most people, including my good self!) by the success of the Wii and you'll see any publishers with an ounce of sense investing in U development.
