By that logic you only ever rent everything you get on XBox Live Gold, including muliplayer of games you already paid for. Can't access those after your Gold subscriptions runs out either.

lol Agreed. By that logic, any game with a multiplayer focus on xbox 360 doesn't even come with the multiplayer at all, you have to continue renting them.

Wasn't there a patch for Alone that fixed some of the problems? I managed to finish it before any patch was spoken about and I thought it was half way decent.

Story ends very abruptly though, almost like there's a chapter missing but the combat, general gameplay, etc is 'decent' and the game is worth 400msp in my opinion.

For some reason I want to say that was uh, included in the PS3 version. Not sure if it ever made it to 360. The game is basically a way more ambitious version of Alan Wake...

Bah, having a lot of trouble downloading/purchasing Kameo. Temporarily living in France, so my Dutch account wasnt allowed to buy anything. Then VPN-ed to the Netherlands and bought it on Xbox.com, only to find out that my account was still handing out licenses to my RROD 360. Managed to bring the permissions to my new one, but when the download reached 99% I got a "could not download" error. Doing a retry, but if that doesnt help, any suggestions?

Some of the games on PSN PLUS are actually free indeed, meaning they have no expiration date, you can check it yourself. When my PSN PLUS expires I can still play them, how's that?

Ahhhhh ok, I really think they should stop multiplayer trophies/achievements alltogether, unless the game is purely multiplayer of course (Warhawk). If it has a singleplayer, then base your trophies on that and just let those interested in the multi enjoy themselves with no fear of boosters etc....There's no point in having achievements that wont ever be achieved due to dead servers.

it's not that horrible. there are harder last bosses around. i beat it on the hardest difficulty without giving up, so it's doable.

Yep, Kameo is an awesome game and it still holds up really well graphically...too bad we didn't see a sequel.

Also get PoP: The Forgotten Sands people, it's a very good game and definitely worth it for 400 points.
