What Yoong means? It has a meaning or is just "messing with words"? (Dunno how you guys call it). I mean, there is no real meaning, just a short or alternative way. Like Charlie > Chuck or Melissa > Mel.

To go along with what Salazar said, I'm thinking he has some kind of huge connection to somebody in Korea. Coz that shit he pulled off when SNSD went to Paris shouldn't be possible for a regular fan, and if internet rumors are believed, his identity could've been revealed if he kept it up.

Was wondering what was up with oniontaker, read his goodbye tweets while I was out. Dude always had some insightful Soshi/kpop stuff, but posted on twitter and tumblr way too much like some of the hardcore OT GAFfers. He's a hardcore SONE who has more connections than the owner of Soshified, he apparently has Taeyeon's personal email/username, managed to sneak backstage in Paris during this performance, and managed to meet SNSD at their hotel in Paris where Tiffany recognized him as Oniontaker. Other than that, he's just a regular K-Pop blogger where you can get some unbiased info and clear insight on things.

I know they are translating the lyrics to make it more appeal to worldwide audiences, but come on... this hurts the song SO MUCH. I think everyone would enjoy (or don't enjoy) the same with the original lyrics. The rhythm was created for korean lyrics, with certain intonation & etc. English just feels... wrong. Weird. Chimera.

Damn onion peaced out? Not surprising he was online answering questions 24/7. Loved when he used to call out Stands. He pulled no punches when breaking down their illogical defense. Too funny. His whole onion persona even got the 9 to recognize him personally. I don't think he had major connections. He was just an opinionated subber that rubbed elbows with some managers at smtown. I was hoping that John would have started posting on kpopgaf. He did give kpopgaf a shoutout once... A guy that vested in growing the kpop community can't really be done.
