Toriyama's favorite is FF6 opening, heh.
Kamikokuryou wants to be a sky pirate lol
It's just too bad I could barely hear him at times. :/TruePrime said:This guy being soft spoken seems awesome as hell.
What does the pie chart say?
FF jobs and percentage of specific jobs people would most want to be. Knight being the most wanted.
History of Visual Works.
These past two streams have been something akin to Tales Festival. Just sit back, enjoy and reminisce. It seems even here Toriyama's the only one capable of developing, announcing and releasing games in a decent frame of time. Where's Tabata big announcement? C'mon... last few minutes dropping the bomb, right? This can't be just chitchatting.
They picked the right cutscene at least. It was the best-directed cutscene in that game overall, imo.It was kinda sad that X-2 got only about 2 seconds compared to everything else haha.

And thats that. Happy 25th indeed.
The Visual Works trailer really was amazing.
Loved the last scene was Cloud/Sephiroth clashing.
I think it was actually Lightning clashing with Caius. They got REALLY close though, with that ACC shot of Cloud rushing at the screen, but after all they hafta champion Lightning because why.
Yeah, I'm disappointed with that too. :/ Oh well... I guess they had to dedicate more time to Dirge since I think it probably had more cutscenes?TruePrime said:The scene with both of them singing? That was my favorite scene in the game so I didn't mind them choosing it.
It was just sad it got less time then Dirge.
I want that trailer/recap. It was awesome.
One more event.
Do we know when it starts?
That was the best one out of the three I saw. Tokimeki Final Fantasy... :lol It made me laugh, at least.
Not sure if I can stay up for the final stream.

Man, they need to release that Visual Works video. That was amazing. Scene and BGM selection were wonderful.
Tabata mentioned a message from Nomura: "We'll see the future of FF soon."
Oh wow. Sorry must've missed it. What event is it?

Tabata mentioned Final Fantasy Versus XIII's development, then said "Tetsuya Nomura wanted to give the message that he'll soon show the future of Final Fantasy."
God damn.
I'm not sure if this will end up being great, but I do have faith that Nomura is going to at least try and stuff this game full of content to the like we probably have seen since VII/VIII/IX.
