Whole thing just seems so weird. The excitement of a new console launch is there but all the games are just games they have already played on other systems.

Yeah, it's a large reason why I am torn about whether to grab a Wii U when it hits on the 30th or leave it until January. The only games I would be grabbing are NSMB U and Warriors Orochi.

Though I suppose I'd rather have a system with 20+ games on launch than the paltry numbers that have occurred with a typical Nintendo launch.

I'm just waiting for the first glimpse at new 3d mario/zelda/smash.

By then the OS should hopefully be at 100% too.

They should do a wii system transfer. The progress bar animation screen is suuuper crazy.

Very nintendo like.

Is that Q from Star Trek talking?

Yep, John De Lancie voices Desmond's dad.

EDIT: Didn't notice it before, but hah, I just realized that the intro video makes almost no references to Revelations (outside of the Old Ezio shot). Heck, even the start of the game doesn't line up with the end of Revelations (In III they're driving to the cave and Desmond's already awake, in Revelations
he woke up while they were parked outside the cave
).

Remember its two different recording equipment.
Whenever we've seen off screen stuff before it looked okay.

All tech checks have shown its actually slightly ahead.

Yeah, wasn't a big delay at least. Taking into account their equipment it's probably faster.

So, anyone noticing obvious visual differences between this AC III version, and 360/PS3?

Seems the shadows are more or less the same, but I guess there's more to it.
