I think I either hacked the Wii U Miiverse or I am stupid.

I think this is not an announcement of a new game, just some debug stuff for showing off Miiverse.

All those games appear here in the screenshots of Miiverse Nintendo released around E3.

Stop what you are doing right now.

You're risking a lot of legal trouble for this. Plus, Nintendo will most likely patch this as soon as they hear of this.

Not that I think getting access to this would mean anything for the console being hackable.

Nono, He is just a clueless costumer.

If you didn't actually hack anything, I don't see how you'd get in legal trouble.

Well, unless he actually does stuff via the interface. If he just views it, I'm also skeptical that he'll get into trouble, but the moment he starts modifying data, I think it's a whole different ballgame.

What possible legal repurcussions could you be under? It's not like you hacked it yourself. Nintendo's incompetence is at issue here. The fact you shared it is making this launch one of the best ever. I can't speak for you, but that seems like an empty threat to me.

Okay, so it turns out that the ZELDAAA comments on the right are the comments for all of the different sub-forums. I think they are just testing them. BTW, all of those titles are in the "US / English / Games for Teenagers and Kids" section. Which is supposed to launch on December 20th,2012. So maybe the December 10th reveal will confirm this information.

Also a certain developer that I greatly respect PM'd me saying that I might get into some legal trouble or jailtime with Nintendo for this. LawyerGAF wanna help me out?

Think of it this way, and this does not take into account what Nintendo could sue you for exactly; if Nintendo is serious about going the litigation route for this, you're most likely going to have to endure a suit regardless on if you are right or wrong. That's going to be time and money gone from the onset. You may be able to get attorneys fees from them depending on how things go, but I'd imagine Nintendo not only has considerable legal finances to burn, but if they are serious, they are not going to let you off the hook easily. That, and they probably have some damn good aggressive lawyers.

This area isn't my forte though; if you're seriously concerned, you might want to PM mre or Angry Grimace ASAP.

I doubt the Nintendo network EULA says anything about you pinky promising not to expose their incompetence. Don't worry.

So many Miis have jumped on Miiverse that some may be having problems connecting to the service. We are in the engine room getting it fixed!

Most likely situation with that chris guy being a Hatena employee is that Trike happened upon some test stuff that should've been deleted, and that list of games is probably just some random stuff Hatena dudes put in to test whatever features are there.

Said this before.

That stuff is clearly dummy forums and what have you.
