I think I'm taking a break from this thread. I've made my friends here, but they rarely post here anymore, and I'll keep in touch with them outside of this thread.
The game has major issues and 343 is sticking to their guns about the product they released. Honestly, I don't think they care. They made their $100 million back.

I don't think its that they don't care. They care about the community, but to me they took the stance of "This is the direction we're taking Halo, and hopefully you guys like it, if not, sorry"

I don't have anything to say about Halo 4. That's why I don't post in the Halo 4 thread. This isn't the Halo 4 thread. This is a community of people for whom Halo was a catalyst for friendship. By themselves maybe nothing, but I come here to discuss Halo. Not go through fifty or so posts of .gifs featuring overly large, jiggling breasts. It's a bit too indecent for my tastes. Really, it's nothing in the grand scheme of things (maybe I shouldn't have said anything) – I can just leave and come back when it's not like that – but I'd rather be reading interesting discussion.

Well, the time spent here before I checked in was an interesting little number. Bans, boobs and and fistful of salt.

Harvest was one of the first map created, that's why you can find « new » armor abilities and the DMR in it.
I personally like the H4 DMR a little more. Then again I always thought the DMR was a kind of awkward looking weapon, even if it was better "Spartan-sized" than the BR ever was.
