Master Jackoff at it again.

i jacked off on a dude's face please feel free to use this against me in any way you see fit bro

In more relevant news, what are you guys talking about? I thought Infinity was way more polished in the final game. Genuinely not understanding this complaint.

Could have been worse - the roles could have been reversed.

Master Jo is by far my favorite poster on here btw. AR or BR Master Jo?

The point was that the qualifier of "I think..." doesn't automatically make something irrefutable. My example wasn't meant to be comparable, it was meant to point out why he was wrong to say that "I think" makes something an indisputable opinion.

Then you are right, of course I agree.

Why don't they flip the switch that unlocks all of the specializations for everyone? Seems like anyone who had early access already has gotten their reward and now it's just turning players away who need the carrot dangling on the end of that progress bar.

Speaking of which. Played some Black Ops II this holiday break with my brothers. That game takes the progress bar to a new level. My brother has played the game over 80 hours total and there are still multiple progress bars he hasn't even started to fill yet. Carrots on carrots on carrots on carrots.

I hope they actually have a server side switch and they don't have to send codes to everyone to unlock their specializations.

Or they'll just do it in the late February TU.

Is this confirmed now? I thought it was rumoured for January?

That quote makes it look like they'll be releasing the specializations to everyone on Jan. 1st (or the first week of Jan). She says "early, early, 2013" ...

Early 2013 is what they are planning.

Sucks that they've left it this late.

My main concern is if they will actually unlock all Six for people, or just one or two and leave them with another long wait.

Lead Designer of CE directly explains the Magnum was intentional and meant to be the ultimate hold out weapon in the sandbox I'm going to tend to believe him, cause you know, that was his job.

In other news, finally listened to HaloGAF radio episode 10. The two hours can be summed up by Duncan: "I hate it"

lol

Playing right now for the first time since the maps were taken away from those that didn't pay, now DLC maps are no where to be found in MM. :/

Join in Progress also rarely ever works on DLC maps. Once in BTB on Wreckage we got reduced to 3v2 early on.

Nobody else joined the game.

They're going to need a TU to add each map pack's achievements. Thus, we can assume a TU will be hitting late February and late March.

Lead Campaign Designer. This was the multiplayer team:

I mean, who are we supposed to believe: John Howard or others members at Bungie?!

Edit:
Yeah Fyre, Howard's credit does not specify campaign, and even if it did, the CE team was of the size that I'm sure the top guys had an influence on all aspects of the game.

The magnum being a mistake in MP just doesn't make any sense anyways. The MP is near perfect.

And yet, it was almost scrapped. Think about that. That should give you a hint as to the design process going into it.

Big day for us today, announcing our first LAN tourney:

The Halo Council & Gamers For Giving Halo 4 4v4 Tournament!
I wish I could participate. But I will retweet the shit out of this, post it everywhere. So what am trying to say: You have my twitter account, and my support. And my donation!

Furthermore through that link I found this video. It is the first 20minutes of the NYCC panel which was nearly unavailable except, and excuse me for my wording, through the shitty web player of the shitty NYCC site. Why do I recommend to watch the video when Halo 4 already destroyed your dreams? Or you already hating Halo because of 343i? In this video Sparth is talking about the creation of the map Haven. My favorite Halo 4 map and one of my favorite Forerunner-themed map. I do love Haven for several reason. Haven defines 343i's vision of the Forerunner. It is interesting to hear Sparth talking about it. Nevertheless it was the highlight of this panel for me.

Citadel was a great map, and Haven only seems so good because it's the only small arena map in the game. It isn't bad but I don't think it'd make my small map top 10. Weapon placement is boring, and there aren't many interesting encounters on the map either.

Weapon placement? This is Halo 4, there is no weapon placement.

Gotta admit, I enjoy the shit out of Adrift, Haven and Abandon.

The other maps are meh to good, not great. Except Complex. It's terrible.
Adrift is a damn shitty and a damn great map. I hate when I play Slayer gametypes on it but I love when it appears in CTF or KOH. Hell where is the Extraction playlist?

Yeah why was Extraction chosen to be the odd gametype out? No playlist, no commendations. Yet Flood has a permanent playlist and commendations. Hell, Team Regicide is practically a permanent playlist at this point.

Are you dating Emperor Palpatine? Hate still flows strongly through you.
You underestimate my power.
I'm just a big fan of maps that use a good bit of the sandbox but also has power ups in there. Getting rocks and taking the enemies sniper or OS is a great moment which can occur a few times in any match.
Halo 4 never in the 30hours I played with it gave that same rush. Not to bash haven itself I can't find any fault but goddamn I miss halo 3.

I would give my left nut for a Grifball playlist, haven't had a chance to play the new mode yet. Customs are impossible to start now:(

It was okay. It's better than Narrows or Countdown, but compare to every other Halo 2-3/Reach 4v4 symmetrical map to it, it's pretty low on the totem poll. Zealot above it also.

Halo 3 was so dope. I wish the matchmaking scene wasn't so dead. I blame Reach.

It was a totally unnecessary game. The engine as it was in Halo 3 was near perfect. Why have such a short lifespan on these games?

Are you serious? It looked like poop and ran like poop. At least Reach is pretty most of the time even if you don't like the colors.

Btw, speaking of Reach... Does this game have the shittiest grenades or what? I try to bounce the grenade on Reflection and it gets caught on a rug.

From Frankie's interview in the LE Game Guide:

Prima: "It's like combat tourism."
Frankie: "I want to fight them, but I've got all this beautiful stuff to look at in this vast expanse."

Very appropriate description for Halo campaigns. :lol
