There's definitely going to be a trophy for each optional boss. No way they'll pass that up.
They did say that they were going to get creative for some of the trophies, so I'm expecting stuff like "Juggle a Rare Truffle 100 times" and such.

I would guess so. Sephiroth is easy anyway.
Lets see, aside from normal progression trophies, for KH1:
-As aforementioned, beat Ice Titan and or Sephiroth. Also Kurt Zisa and Phantom + mystery guy (the optional bosses basically)
-All Weapons (includes the Wizard's Relic and Defender drops: this one requires a lot of other things like the coliseum)
-All Trinities
-100 hits on rare fungi guy (the blue ones)
-All Gummi ship parts/blueprints (I really hope not!)
-All Coliseum prizes (time trails and solo)
-All Jungle Slide Prizes
-All items Synthesized
Another one that comes to mind would be defeating Leon when you first meet, although that would be missable, and I hate missable trophies, although it's early-game.
I really hope there's not any the require placing a handicap on yourself for a boss or something.
Without supergliding once would be much harder.
also rare truffles are easy to get X100 on Hook's ship.

There's also the obvious story ones. One for each keyhole.
If they want to be cruel, there'll be a set of three Trophies. One for beating the game while picking the sword, one for the staff, and one for the shield. Beat the game three times for Platinum. Will probably also be a gold one for beating the game at level 1 and another for the highest difficulty.

Speaking of which, has there even been a PSN trophy where you you were shit out of luck if you missed out on it the first time? The only thing that comes to mind is that one with the police from Jet Set Radio HD.

Supposedly, he's much harder than his KH2 version.
If I recall correctly, that one is in KH 2 FM+.

That too. Barring the obnoxious yaoi fan-arts, I think Riku remains his second "half" in KH2, spiritually speaking. At no time is it made explicit by KH's mythos, but it's clearly alluded. In that respect, the relationship between Riku and Kairi should be expanded in one or another for KH3, in order to close the triangle. Now that would be the most interesting one out of the three. Riku should be KH3's MC.

Yes, and FM has abilities to rise the EXP earned trough teching.
Yeah you get exp for blocking attacks.

You really felt like a champ when you got that down pat, I loved to Guard attacks and then retaliate with Arcs Arcanum...felt so good to watch that life bar drain down in a hurry.
US/European fans are going to be slightly let down by KH1 Final Mix. Not because its a bad game or anything (it's my favorite game in the series by a good bit) but because our version of the original game practically was FM! FM only adds a few dumb Keyblades you probably won't use and one very short fight.
The difference between Japanese KH 1 and FM is night and day though as is the difference between any version of KH 2 and its Final Mix.

I think the Xemnas fight is before that. Did Sora really get stronger after regaining Roxas though?

No, its after you first visit Hollow Bastion and shit gets real. And he totally did get stronger, hence all the crazy stuff he was capable of doing in KH2.

Oh, I thought you could do it around the first visit. But I just remembered you don't get Donald/Goofy till the end IIRC and all the videos against him are after you get them back.
As for Sora, he was able to cut up buildings and do crazy combos (especially with his Forms) before he got Roxas back so nothing he did after that (at the very end) seemed all that special in comparison...

EDIT: Oh, and one thing I forgot to ask, how does the Proud mode in the first game compare to the proud mode of the others? And by others I mean BBS and 3D as those are the only ones I played all the way through on proud.

Neither.
There's a couple of tough fights at first, but as soon as you get Cure it's easy. I highly recommend playing on Proud, otherwise the whole game is too easy (can be said for pretty much every KH game.
(Unless Proud was somehow rebalanced in final mix that I am unaware of)

Yeah, Proud Mode in FM was a step above Expert Mode from the US release. Doesn't help that Sora's overall stats were rebalanced to be lower than in the US release, either.

Uh...he got Roxas back in the beginning of the game.
Roxas rejoined with Sora and Namine with Kairi at the end...

Kingdom Hearts fan here: You're actually wrong. Roxas actually merged back with Sora before he woke up from his sleep. Roxas had to or Sora wouldn't have been able to wake up. This is further explained in Days with the Roxas, Sora, Xion, conundrum.
Oh...OK? So what did Roxas and Namine do at the end then? Like, what did Sora and Kairi gain?
