I think that would be better suited for the Betrayalnetta OT. A Kamiya reference would probably fit better for W101.

I don't think they're so much characters at this point, as they are powers. (From what I can understand, Red fist is close range, high damage. Blue is mid range mid damage,(I forget the reason given in one of the demos to use blue over red) green is long range low damage.)
So I'm not sure where a 4th character would fit in line with that
and in the multiplayer portion it seemed all the players were capable of doing more or less the same things, so I'm not sure they were playing as those individual characters/powers
but who knows
Edit: holy shit. I'm watching it again and I think you're dead on actually.
They all have individual icons representing the powers in the top right of the screen, and the yellow one is a Hammer, which we haven't seen yet.
So it is most assuredly a new character, and hints that there will be abilities/powers outside of these main three.
Multiplayer in this could be alot more compelling than I originally imagined if each player is in control of a specific hero/ability.

Assuming there are 101 missions, how they hell are hey gonna keep ramping it up when the stuff like the Hydra fight seems to be somehere around mission 10?

If western game journalism trashes this game that will be pathetic. The game is looking amazing. Totally Viewtiful Joe inspired and I like what everyone is predicting about the mulitplayer, with the different main heroes and having a special ability each.

I hope the yellow character didn't just get scrapped because of MP not being in the game anymore. He looks pretty cool with his head's double hammers.
You can see him up and to the right of the blue hero, with the red hammers on the sides of his head.

This looks so fun, and utterly charming. I feel that this gen is going to be fantastic for Nintendo, there are already a load of games I want coming out for it. What's the release date on this?

I'm glad that people are recognizing this game was. I don't know how people could have missed all the action in the first Project P-100 trailer.
Does anyone know what do you gain from adding more superheroes to your army? It seems weird that such a main, constantly visible feature would have a subtle effect.

Even at E3 when we clearly saw 4 player in the trailer, when asked about it the reps on the showfloor apparently didn't know about it or couldn't talk about it

Isn't there also a purple woman kneeling down in front of him (yellow guy)?
Also, started to be really concerned for my eyesight now that I've gone back and realised that little robot guy is in every bit of footage, but I never noticed it before.

Huh, didn't even notice her. In addition to that, there's a black-dressed guy in between yellow and purple. I really hope we get more info soon, this is my most anticipated title as of now.
