Will probably be similar the 360/PS3 version, rather than next-gen version. There's a beta coming for 360/PS3/PC for those who got the MoH Limited Edition.

It would be fucking amazing if the Sony press conference on the 20th didn't mention a next gen system, and instead focused on Uncharted 4 for PS3.

I think the funniest thing in here are the durango/orbis fans who don't think their version of BF4 will be a PC downport as well...

I like everyone else would be shocked as fuck.

That said, they stand to sell several million copies if it is a PS3 game, unlike if it was an early PS4 game.

Who knows, it could be Sony's God of War 2 this gen.

That would be a great game for the WiiU!

Obviously it would be the same version as the PS3 and the 360, while the PS4 and 720 get the full BF4 game with 64 players, full maps etc.

Anyway, if BF4 features commander mode like that rumor suggested I'd say it would be a good fit for the WiiU controller.

What would stop the WiiU or PS3/360 for that matter from getting full maps?

EA. I would buy Battlefield for for Wii U. If you don't put it on the system I guess I'll just have to give all this delicious money to Activision.

I do remember a DICE dev saying the online infrastructure and bandwidth cap of LIVE and PSN were the main reasons there was no 64 players.

I don't get this. OG Xbox had a 50 player game. PS3 has MAG.

What's the issue?

I just hope BF4 has more destruction. Seemed like BC2 (which I liked better so I might be biased) had much more of this than 3. I hope they can find a happy medium between that and player count for next gen consoles.

this has been mentioned many many times. The issue is that BF3 has many vehicles, and destructible environments that take up a bunch of bandwidth. As well as many other factors. DICE I think has even said that vehicles take up more than a player...
you cant really comparisons like this in vastly different games...

Uh, I'm not so convinced. If Sony and Naughty Dog think that Uncharted 4 can be on both PS3 and PS4, I think it might turn up on both consoles. Yes, the primary purpose of first-party exclusives is to sell consoles, but the secondary objective is to sell. Touting the superior version of Uncharted for the PS4, and also supporting the PS3 seems very much like Sony.
