I have to see footage to understand how it really plays like, this doesn't seem to be a normal shooter.

hoping this always connected MMO ish features don't mean it has janky animations. :p

This is the one I love. The Warlock is just wasting those predator zombie things with space magic. Fuck guns. This looks awesome.

Also, armor with fur. Furry armor.

Yeah, if the Warlock plays anywhere near as good as he looks, he'll be the most used class, easily.

Also, armor with fur. Furry armor.

Furry armor is the new 'it' thing. Dead Space 3, Dark Souls 2, Destiny. That's only three mentions, but I hadn't seen it anywhere before this.

I dig. A lot.

Bungie made MMOFPS with no subscription fee? Sign me the fuck up.

Really pumped for this, not sure if I get it for 360 or one of the next gen consoles.

Just noticed in this image, the lava or whatever is dripping from the Vex. It appears they may be able to submerge themselves in fluids that might otherwise kill you (the player). Could make for some interesting gameplay mechanics. Also really liking the Vex design the more and more I look at it. I love how the back of their heads have a sort of tribal look, and definitely help create this sort of power vibe.

Additionally, the gun the biggest dude in this image is holding is interesting. I see this motif in a few of the guns, where the end closest to the trigger appears to arc upwards. Design kind of reminds me of a Plasma Rifle.

Hail, peons, for I have come as ambassador from the great and bountiful Blueberry Butt Explosion
And if the has more than 3 classes? And those look even more amazing?
You know what would take this whole thing to the next level? Advanced classes for each of the base classes. I always love when a game has advanced classes.

Furthermore I am worried about the Story or how the story is implemented in the game. A game like this, I wish a story implementation like Halo. I mean a real story with cutscenes etc....

I hope Bungie has gone back to the drawing board with regards to how to tell a story in a video game, because they've been pretty lousy at it for nearly a decade.

I'm thrilled by this concept art, however. I can't wait to experience that universe.

This gives me Star Wars Episode 1 vibes. I'm happy.

Thankfully, I'm not getting that same vibe.

OMG...

The artist in me is going insane. Great, great concept art.

Looks like a perfect mix of Halo, Star Wars, and fur/cloth.

In the back of my head i did had that in mind though. A MMO FPS concept that has never been released on consoles.

What happened to Huxley?

Seems like we're going to have a next gen COD/BF this year, as well as Destiny. The year of the shooter. Even though they will be aviable on current gen, I don't think we ever had a console release with such high profiled titles available..

Looking at wikipedia and this what it says about the console version.

Huxley (Korean: 헉슬리) is a multiplayer first-person shooter computer game with persistent player characters published by Webzen Games Inc.. It is being developed for Microsoft Windows. A Xbox 360 port was planned, but it has been put on an indeterminate hold.[1] Huxley initially was going to be cross platform, but according to statements made at the 2009 E3 Expo press conference that feature is currently excluded from development.[2] The contract to operate the game in China was sold to The9 for $35 million USD on February 12, 2007, considered the largest export transaction to date for a Korean-developed game.[3]
