The beta is ending soon I think. Honestly the game is not bad though, decently rough but really enjoyable....as long as you don't pay attention to the story.

I brought it up to Kittens N' Friends last night, but I'd love to see one of those Halo CE-era Beam Towers made miniature and turned into a power weapon.
Have you played Metal Gear Solid? Play it, then 2 then 3. 3 stands alone as a story somewhat but you appreciate it much more after playing 2. MGS2 is an amazing post-modern experience if you're in to all of those literary shenanigans (like me). It makes it one of my favorite games ever but if you're not in to post-modernism then you might want to just skip to MGS3.
While we're talking about backlogs, I just finished Dear Esther (holy shit those fucking paper boats), what should I tackle next? Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Bioshock or Deus Ex: HR?

It seems updates are the most important thing now for the game, Majestic maps are good but a pain in the ass to play in Infinity gametypes.

With the new free "Forge Island" map coming out in a few weeks are they going to start incorporating Forge maps into matchmaking?
Simplex is probably my favorite map in the game right now - although the Throwdown list yo-yos between being murdered and being the murderer depending on host and matching.

Wait, is there really going to be an officially made Hang'em High remake on Forge Island? Like, in matchmaking? I remember people talking about it on Friday, but I wasn't sure if they were serious.

So I started this Game of Thrones show and I gotta say..
It's pretty damn good. The sex/rape scenes were unnecessary and so was Wolfie's death ;'[ RIP, but overall I'm hooked. RIP horsie too.. I'm on Season 1 Episode 5.

You should seriously try to play it first. It'll make your mgs2 and 3 playthroughs much more enjoyable.

Pretty much how I feel at the moment. No games on Xbox interest me, and I would definitely not buy the new Xbox for any current exclusives. I said earlier I would rent Halo 5, but I didn't think about the fact I would need a Nextbox to play it on. I have yet to get the chance to wonder the PC side of things because I don't have a gaming PC to play games on. Maybe when I do I can decide where I'll be gaming in the future.

Amazing, is MS finally starting to take a Steam like approach to sales?
Might pick up all episodes of Walking Dead for 200 each, since I missed them last time.
