The avatar shirt rewards for the CSR and Spartan Ops challenges are pretty lacking. Who actually wants that? If they're going to offer us avatar stuff that no one cares about, at least let it be a prop or something.

That is an actual callout I did on Abandon. I was standing between the bases, near the cliffy things not the sky or the cliff that goes down I mean the cliff that goes up with the tunnels off it, well one is a ramp.

Does the criticism I'm posting ITT bother anybody? Reading back on it kinda makes me feel like I'm being too negative. I do have that habit of letting emotions leak into text, but I only want to express my honest impressions and opinions.
I guess I just have a feeling that I'm sounding a bit rude, and that isn't my intention. It's hard to convey my frustration through text without sounding like I'm condemning anyone or anything.
Perhaps I'll just divert my attention away from Halo 4.

Lol Frankie's callouts are great. I have to remember "on my head" I also tried to think of callouts yesterday on the DLC maps, but I did play all the maps yesterday for the first time.
I wanted to say on the city ODST looking map "where the walls are a little bit darker"

That ODST style map, I may name areas after the characters in ODST.

I think I can tell where north ramp, sky, fetus refer to. Andy side and non Andy side is one or the other (open and closed side of Abandon). Asparagus has me stumped. Squidhands wins.

I mean giving players more tools, generally. Everyone thinks their favorite mode is the right mode. So rather than argue or fight with stats or populism, give players the tools to create those specific experiences and the ability to connect them.

Anyone played Oddball in multi-team? "The enemy has dropped the ball" ad nauseum. Much worse than flag juggling announcer.
Multi-team needs one less team. They should kind of take the hint when they're having to resort to 'lime' as a team colour.

Options are good, but it comes down to which of those experiences is the 'premier' one that is emphasized in matchmaking. There were at least 4 different settings to play Reach with online, and that only caused confusion and inconsistency.

Adrift is too constricting. The map movement is absolutely terrible.

Adrift is good. Nothing special, but playable. Complex however? Well I welcome that map to the same category as Isolation and Swordbase.
Adrift is terrible, a bunch of narrow paths leading to open spaces which always result in pre-emptive nades or ambush.
Complex is for one playlist only and that is Action Sack.
Why does this sound so sexual.

This is very refreshing to read.
Guess we are at that stage where its no longer all marketing and the devs can be completely honest about their product.
I would love to see some post mortem analysis by the designers on the campaign. I really enjoyed it but felt the Prometheans were really lacking.

Play more SWAT. It's the best SWAT map for switching rifles. BR for indoors, DMR for outdoors. Is nice. I like.

I played a game on it, I was not a fan of how well the outer areas can be camped.

it made me lol, but I'm actually in the middle. Like I said earlier, I feel like Adrift would also play better with different power weapons and Halo 3 settings. It wouldn't be good by any means, but it'll at least be a decent obj map or something.
Room maps with closed centers don't normally work.
