How would it sway the vote? I just want to know the total number of voters in each round- I'm not asking on how many votes individual characters received.
And quite probably the least. :X
We have just over 11,000 active voters right now.
First round was just over 12,000, and we lost about 1000 in Round 2, and gained like 100 in Round 3.

My.. My head is having a little trouble comprehending this. Even with the Sayaka angst it's still one of the best animes that have came out in a while. If the ending was the issue, I believe the movie that's coming out is 'fixing' it, if that helps at all.
But, hey, it's your opinion. I just wouldn't categorize it under "horseshit".

I think I mostly just hate the character design overall. Loved the environmental themes to everything though.

I haven't really drawn anything as *cute* as Minette so much in a long while, so it's been fun doodle'n her! I just read this as "Haohmaru". Yes. I'd like her much more if she were more like Haoumaru. Though I guess her gimmick would be more "Sakura Leaves" and less "Petals", then....
It's hard to like more than 1 of the survivors at this point... and those are definitely the 2 I'm rooting for the most at this point.

That's actually pretty nice. It's the kind of thing that makes me wonder how votes could have swayed with adjusted character designs, ha. Similiar to what happened to Pre-release Ms. Fortune, and Final Fortune.
Madoka was a fun show. Let down by the crappy ending though.

Egyptian Jazzy Lounge Goddess would probably be a crazy amount of inspiration for a Yamane musical track.
And I'm probably only 1 of 10 people who'd want this, but I'd totally (like, for sure!) want a vocal song to play when Minette reaches 100% customer satisfaction, lol. From Roll's theme in Marvel X Capcom, to the songs in Matrimelee, to Bang's Fu Rin Ka Zan transofrmation, it's always very memorable when such a thing happens in a fighter..
Yep, you can have a PMMM team with Peacock (Sayaka), Filia (Madoka) and Cerebella (Homura). IIRC Kyoko's VA is doing Squiggly, so there's that.
IMO however they did a better job on Skullgirls than on Madoka. Homura and Kyubey's voices were the only ones I really liked.

I can get behind giving her Haohmaru stuff. Give her a slow, long range heavy sword slash that hits like a fucking truck and takes like 50% on counterhit or something.

I really like it, but feel the whole "dark and depressing" thing is way overhyped.
Hey now, let's not get carried away here. First of all, Madoka is more bittersweet than dark. If you want dark watch Miyu TV. Second, it's not that groundbreaking either. The manga for Sailor Moon frequently got dark and fatalistic, and the live action show's story gets pretty close to stuff seen in Madoka.
It's a solid show, though, and I'll gladly give it that.

Neither of those is an anime like the show I'm talking about. I liked the Sailor Moon anime enough too. Tuxedo Mask was the shit.
Not gonna try to compare Madoka with the things you mentioned because I didn't read the manga or see the live action show.
