New Dragon's Crown screens

Color = Platinum blonde

I think it means you get to select from a few palettes rather than full-on color customization. (thank god)

Oh jeez, I'm a fucking idiot! I should have realized it was an english word since it was in katakana and not romaji. Derp. :p

I don't think you can NTR a pillow case guys.

I'll find a way.

Has there been any talk of longevity for the game yet? Sorry if I missed it, but a few Google searches turned up nothing but a gfaqs post with speculation.

They've shown screens suggesting branching pathways so you'll probably have to play through at least twice in order to see everything there is to be seen.

A “Game Master,” voiced by Takashi Taniguchi in the Japanese version, will guide you in Dragon’s Crown.

The game begins at the Dragon’s Paradise bar, where all six of the game’s characters (Fighter, Amazon, Dwarf, Elf, Wizard, and Sorceress) are gathered at a round-table. After you select your character, you’ll be able to customize their color, voice, greeting message, character selection message, revival message, and dying message. From there, you can begin the game.

After you’ve prepared, you can head to a dungeon, where you’ll gather new weapons and armor, earn experience points and money, and fulfill quests. When you explore dungeons, sometimes an event scene will occur, and you’ll meet new characters like the barbarian warrior Roland.

As you earn experience and level up, you’ll earn Skill Points. These can be used at the Adventurer’s Guild to learn new skills. There are common skills and class skills. “Gold Healing,” for example, is a common skill that recovers HP when you collect coins, and costs 1 Skill Point.

I wish sofmap's preorder bonus was a wall scroll instead of a telephone card. Beautiful illustration.

Like I said, the cards aren't for some card game, they're for the skills system, OP should leave out that card game stuff

The common card says gold healing, which is the skill just described on OP

is it confirm that every characters have different weapons or just Elf with Bow/Xbow ?

Or is there different skins for weapons upgrades ?

What if the Sorceress really is that old but is using an illusion spell?
The translated version of her trailer mentions "Transformed through powerful magicks, she is an entrancing witch whose forte is to toy with her opponents." so I figured that would be the case.

It says Platina Blonde next to Kara. What meaning are they using for that since it's romaji?

They're using katakana, not romanji.

Kara- as in Colour and Purachina Burondo (Platinum Blonde) it's a colour.

Woops didn't realise there was already a second page.

Does this mean the Sorceress is an ancient magic user who disguises herself as a buxom beauty? That'd be pretty awesome.

Anyone know if these colors are just presets, or actual fully customizable palettes? I didn't know this would be in here. Already planning to get lost for hours making customs if so :p

Edit: Nm, I missed some posts. For some reason it didn't occur to me people could play the same character in co-op. Now I'm expecting unfortunate Dwarf under-representation online.
