I put in my vote for Wild Arms, Breath of Fire, Legend of Heroes, Tales, Type 0, Star Ocean, Mana games.

And I'm not kidding. I will buy every single fucking one. Can't hurt to let them know.

Maybe sony want to directly localize them.
If sony will really localize jrpgs that people want then it's a really smart move, instead of wasting money on games no one asked for(like epic mickey 2...) they get a list of games people really want and focus on them.

I'd definitely want to see the Kiseki games, which we know as Trails series.

Sora no Kiseki Second Chapter and The 3rd are available on PSP PSN, Zero no Kiseki is already on Vita and there are rumors about Ao no Kiseki being ported as well.

Other than that, Final Fantasy Type 0!
And Valkyria Chronicles 3 too!


New stuff? Give Suikoden another chance!!

As much as I would be over the moon at Suikoden VI, I really don't understand the use in requesting games that don't actually exist.

Does SCEE really expect us to believe that they can just go to a company like Konami and be like "can you guys just whip up Suikoden VI now? kthxbye."

If they have that kind of pull, then that's awesome, but it seems far fetched to me. I think localizations and some PSP to Vita ports make much more sense for what they can realistically accomplish.

They will if they see that there is enough request, granted the numbers would have to be enormous, but letting our voice being heard every once in a while doesn't hurt.

Well, I assume this is being done to gauge interest in content people would like for the Vita. Them trying and create interest in porting or creating these games could possibly be letting them know there is some demand and at least make devs questioned about it consider if it's feasible or not.

This seems kind of PRish to me. Like the MS 'we're listening' thing. SCEE know what people want. There's an unreleased major Final Fantasy from PSP, of course we want it, they don't need people to tell them that.

Well it's better to have asked in this case since I don't want them to skip over something I genuinely want if this ends up being a solid effort at targeting specific games/franchises.

Hmm this is interesting. Like they have something upcoming they are going to announce soon but are just trying to gauge the interest in the meantime.

I'm pretty sure that there are already examples of Shahid asking people about certain indie games they want to see on PS platforms and then they eventually show up. He isn't really a PR guy.

If Sony would somehow bring over the Kiseki series I'd buy three Vitas and a PS4. And a new PS3, because why not.

Long shot but I asked for a Dark Chronicle sequel. I don't know if I trust level 5 anymore to pull it off though even if the Dark Cloud games need much in terms of story.

I know it looks that way but Shahid really is passionate and is manager of strategic content for PSVita/Playstation. He's one of the reasons the Vita has so many awesome Indie ports.

If it was anyone else I'd be with you, I think the are taking notes here.

Sony is a platform holder, of course they share data about these things with their third party publishers.

As I said though, for Sony to pass word on to Konami about there being interest in a new Suikoden for PSVita the amount of requests should be in the tens of thousand.

I assume they have some budget allocated for this. So now they are looking what would be most popular - then they will try to "persuade" publishers about bring those games and see what's possible.

I asked for the localization of Tales of Innocence R, Tales of Hearts R, Digimon World Re:Digitize, Digimon Adventure, Valkyria Chronicles 3 and Phantasy star online 2. There was more that I wanted to ask for but I didn't want to bother the guy to much.

But if Sony actually pulls those off then I will buy a Vita, making the Vita a haven for JRPG isn't a bad thing in my books.

Valkyria Chronicles 3, Type 0, and Japanese Crisis Core which had extra content (I think), all optimized for Vita with dual stick support.

I would buy a Vita for Crisis Core alone, if it was made digital, just the PSP version even.
