1.50 is 50%

That is the percentage advantage it has over Xbox One.

If you look at it the other way, looking at how much the deficit between Xbox One is to PS4, you get a 33% deficit (or Xbox One is 33% weaker) compared to the PS4.

At this point the only possible thing MS or Sony can do with their console specs is take away features or reduce something. Adding stuff requieres a lot of time, test, budget, planning, etc. and I bet MS and Sony don't have any of these right now.

A small tweak might be possible, but it is cutting it close. A drastic overhaul will not happen without a big delay. These consoles need to start production now to get ready for a November launch. Unless they want extremely limited stock this holiday season.

Not really as far as rumors go both have 8 jaguar cores so the same cpu.
Both will probably let developers use 6 cores for the game and 2 cores for the OS.
We have no clock information but rumors have them clock for both consoles at 1.6Ghz.
Now wondering are cpu and gpu clocked in ratio 2:1 for cpu.
