It makes no sense for Sony to issue a statement about that though, let alone need 24 hours to prepare a statement. Unless this guy is trying to generate a story where there is none.

There is no way Sony decreases the RAM. I think what we may find out is the actual performance of that RAM vs the theoretical and the CPU bandwidth limitation.

Even if this turns out to be good news, Sony is still the underdog in the U.S. and U.K. And will continue to be until they've definitively outsold the Xbone.
