Opened up Steam in my browser at work this morning like I do everyday and saw I got a booster. YES! I checked the price the booster was going for.... NO! Gratuitous Space Battles Booster Pack is going for .40 on the market right now. I might just open this one in hopes of a foil, seeing as the foils for the game are going for .50.

Ya I got the same booster the other day. I remember checking the market and it was the lowest priced booster back then =/

Thanks for posting about that final tower, if I ever got to that point and wasn't aware it was missing I'd be sort of pissed haha. Good thing it can be added through modding.

Didn't know there were collectibles in non-settlement areas either, kind of shitty since you only have the proximity radar.

It needs a "confession" minigame like Arkham City, hehe, where enemies tell you about hidden stuff.

The places that for sure have hidden boxes are under bridges on main "boulevard" that goes around the big mountain. Two boxes under each bridge.

Note: I call bridge to any intersection where the main road passes under secondary road.

I just finished Sleeping Dogs. Feels good, it's been a long time since I actually finished a game. Only a few races, cameras and lockboxes left untill 100% :3

You missed nothing. You played the worst game trough.

I've never really played those type of RPG's with turn based combat (with the exception of Pokemon).

Apart from Final Fantasy XII-2 the last game I played of that type was Blue Dragon which came out in 2007.

EDIT: I should say I'm talking exclusively about modern era of games. I played and enjoyed older RPGs with turn based comabt on the SNES such as Earthobound and Chrono Trigger.

The Castlevania demo is bad (except for the music and 60 FPS).
Played the game on PS3 and it gets much much better.

For me it wasn't so much "bad" as there really isn't much to the demo, especially if you skip cutscenes. It did run beautifully on my rig, so Gaben already has more of my money.

I swear, at this point my direct deposit should just go straight to Valve.

Folks, I can't stress this enough. Go and buy Fortune Summoners. It's $5.00! Go, go, go, go! If you like platformers and JRPGs, you'll fall in love.

Damn, less than 24 hours left for Recettear. I'm going to keep my finger crossed an early birthday gift (money) comes in the mail today.

No! Buy the Carpe Fulgur Collection instead. ;)

Sometimes the demos doesn't represent what you really gonna get, this is the case of Castlevania, I think that the PC demo it's the same of the PS3/360, and I don't want to say that it's bad, because it's part of the game!

Have anyone tried the original RoTT that came with the new game that apparently has widescreen support? How does it run?

Last time I'll post this, promise.

I won't be available to edit all my old posts until a little later today, as I'm going to pick up a new boardgame soon and am gonna play that.

Oh man, apparently I won this. Thank you so much. Just finished Rogue Legacy so might just beat this next

Does anyone in this thread like getting Steam Achievements?

For some reason I hate Playstation Trophies (used to love them), but now I'm finding Steam achievements fun to go for. Maybe it's because I can feel good even when I don't 100% a game, whereas on the PS3, if I didn't get the platinum trophy, I didn't feel like I was done. Weird.

I do but only if it's a game I really like and it doesn't take 20 hours just for one achievement. I usually aim at 100% but well, often I just get bored by the game when I'm like 80-90% done. Achievements like winning 1000 deathmatches in Serious Sam or beating Dead Island with each character is too much for me. There are exceptions, like I have 100% in Diablo III but only cause I really love that game (killing all the rare/unique monsters took months).

I have a small pet peeve here :

naamloosqsb39.png

Generally .most of the time steam puts games in the right order .but it got it wrong on these three.

broken sword Shadow of the Templar should be first before the smoking mirror.

Now i realize this is a small issue but i like my games to be the right order .

Anyway to fix this ?
