The PokéBeach rumours were just proven fake by someone who actually has the game in their hands right now:

Yeah I figured as much. I'm not really a competitive Pokémon player so I don't often give my Pokémon items to hold other than Exp Share and Lucky Egg etc, so personally I wouldn't really see that as a downside.

Btw I'm not sure if these Pokébeach rumors have been debunked yet, but they are fake. However, there are three things on the list that are 50% true.

I don't know, a nintendo magazine employee was stupid enough to leak the B/W pokedex, and there's the miniscule chance that the person got a copy through illegitimate means.

Not a big fan of the redesigned pokemon center. it's efficient but I'm going to miss the two story ones, especially with the lower camera angles from this game. Then again this one does have a boutique.

I'm going download it at midnight, go to bed, wake up and hopefully the evolutions have been posted (if they haven't been already). I still don't know which starter I'm choosing! They're all good.
