I don't bother with Fracture for the same reasons you mentioned. It just doesn't seem worth forcing it into the rotation especially when you don't get the Enhanced Fracture trait.

Bloodbath is pretty weak but I still use it. There aren't exactly an abundance of useful skills to fill the 5 slots so why not have it for some cheap healing in the middle of a fight. Sometimes if you get caught in an AOE, Bloodbath can get you most of the way back up without having to press the healer to bomb you with cures.

I'm still working on leveling my Lancer and Marauder both but I plan on going with Blood for Blood, Invigorate, Mercy Stroke, Bloodbath and some other skill. Maybe I'll throw on Fracture and try it out since there isn't much outside of defensive skills but I still don't see myself using it consistently unless I find a reliable place in my rotation for it.

Level other jobs that have different roles than what you are used to. It's been refreshing and fun running around as an archer just shooting stuff and pulling hate. Tanking, for me at least, is still a bit stressful, but it is a good change of pace from healing and running AK a bunch for tomes.

fracture is argued to be useful by some/most so i got it but never use it and you get all of war/mar stuff very early on

mercy stroke is useless unless you're leveling

Blood for Blood from lancer 34 is a must have for titan hm and onward

Well, as of TGS, they were insisting that the Lightning Content would be out in November, around the same time Lightning Return launches. So unless they're planning on splitting that off from the rest of the update and introducing it separately, they'll have to release 2.1 by November if they want to capitalize on the LR launch.

Mind mind, I wouldn't put it past them to split off that content, but it might be more trouble than it's worth.

I did 180. Got my relic this past weekend and overall love the game. Now it's a mix of doing CM/AK here and there. Leveling my other stuff I want to level and helping out the FC. If you look at the game as just grinding AK all day every day, then yes you will hate it. Better to get enjoyment out of more things until 2.1 and etc hit.

I have Fracture and Blood Bath. BB is OK for minor healing and I use it to supplement my HP until my Second Wind is ready to go again or to lighten the load off healers a tad.

Fracture is a higher damage gain than any other skill you have for a single GCD. It's like 220 potency after the DOT is calculated. (100 + 6 ticks of 20, as I recall). So it's a very potent skill that you want to be using. I work it in after a Greased Lightning rotation because I have 10-12 seconds left. usuallg giving me 1-3 skills before I need to begin rotation again to keep my GL up.

Of all the Cross-Class stuff. Fracture, Blood for Blood, and Invigorate are the absolute must have/use for Monk.

I've been thinking of doing the same thing since my character looks EXACTLY like the Miqo'te guy in Forgotten Springs in Southern Thanalan. He has darker skin and his hair is white, but every single feature on him: the hairstyle, beard, tattoos, and facial features are exactly like mine. Complete coincidence since my character has looked the way it does since beta.

Not sure about it being best, but its really, really good. I've been preaching to WHMs to use their dps skills in groups for awhile now (when I'm on another class), but apparently a lot of them don't like to @.@

Unless the tank isn't very well geared, or people are standing in shit, I could usually dps 70% of the time in AK. 400+ Stones, and 600+ Holys aren't anything to scoff at.

Do you ever get TP starved w/o invig up?
I'm using the same set up pretty much and I like using Fracture for that extra damage. But i feel like it's causing me to be tp starved. Either that or there's a rotation for low tp I don't know about :x

I have 2 Fantasia potions. 1 for being legacy, and 1 for the veteran rewards. I'm contempating using 1 and making the most hideous Roe possible and terrifying people and then using the second one to go back to my normal cat. However, I am very scared of being STUCK as a Roe if I go to use 2nd potion and get some sort of "you must wait 1 month" error message after I try to go back.

Got relic+1 and full DL on SMN, Starting to work on DL set for PLD, but now I'm torn on wether to spend my next 900 myth tomes on SMN, or use them to +1 PLD relics when I get those sometime this week.

Anyone here cleared a Preatorium speed run in under 20 mins?

As long as you have one you can use it. Basically when you use it you have to take of all your armor and log out and when you log back in you can change. It basically makes sure you're happy with the decision as it asks you a few times. I wouldn't be surprised down the road if S-E adds these in a pay items.

I want another fantasia. I like the Elezen switch but I feel like I want to do a few more touch ups on his face still. May contact the GM's.

I'm glad I'm not burning through all this content now. I've been 50 for weeks and still have so much to do every time I log in. Do not regret my 3 month sub.
