This is not a wish list thread, kindly talk only about games confirmed for release next year.

I'm mostly excited about inFamous Second Son, Bayonetta 2, X, The Witcher 3 and Halo 5. I'm also still very interested in Watch Dogs, hopefully they will polish the game and make it great.

Anyone excited about Thief ?

Dragon Age III: Inquisition

Wow is Halo 5 really 2014? I'm excited to see its graphics more than anything.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (PS4)
Destiny
Titanfall
Quantum Break
The Division
The Order: 1886
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
Mario Kart 8

The Witcher 3 is pretty much it for me. But I do not have a whole lot of choice with only a PC if looking at confirmed PC releases.

Bronetta

Ask me about the moon landing or the temperature at which jet fuel burns. You may be surprised at what you learn.
Bayonetta 2.

Wolfenstein.
Sniper Elite V3
Enemy Front (technically it's only ps3 but whatevs)

WW2 is back baby!

Oh yeah, I guess Destiny and The Evil Within as well.

I pretty much only REALLY care about Dark Souls II. It will be released on PC after the new consoles are out so it is technically next gen.

I've been a sucker for superhero open worlds since Crackdown. Hell, since Spider-Man 2 PS2 even.

So inFamous for me.

1. inFamous: Second Son
2. The Order: 1886
3. Watch Dogs
4. Rime
5. The Evil Within
6. Hohokum
7. Transistor
8. Dragon Age: Inquisition
9. The Witness
10. Octodad: Dadliest Catch

Thief, I'm not some fanatic that demands it to be exactly like the first two, I'm over it, so I expect this to be a good game on its own terms

The Order, don't know how it plays but even if it's a very basic 3rd person shooter, I'm hyped for the top notch art, RaD's solid craftsmanship, and the mustaches. If it has any sort of adventure or exploratory elements at all, I'll be SUPER hyped. I honestly hope it's just Uncharted- Victorian Edition.

Witcher 3 because I really want to see CDPR's take on open world.

The Evil Within because Mikami always delivers, I love what he's going for here, clunky awkward weirdness and all

danganronpa
(looking, but can't find any exciting footage)

also hyped for mgsv, but i'll be picking up the current-gen non-paywall release.

no 3ds games to speak of on the hype hype list, but if zero escape 3 was confirmed, i'd definitely be getting it.

Marvel

could never
Destiny, Titanfall, MGSV, inFamous SS, The Order 1886, The Division and The Witcher 3.

All games got me Hype.

The Evil Within - Looks fantastic from the footage shown so far and it's Mikami, you just know it's going to kick ass and hopefully give the horror genre the shot in the arm it desperately needs.

Bayo 2 - It's more Bayo and considering the direction Ninja Gaiden and DmC (while not, isn't really a patch on the older titles) all hopes falls to bayo to fill the gap.

Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze - Love, LOVE DCKR and this looks to be even better.

Dark Souls 2 - It's more Dark Souls. Not sure about some of the changes though, but I'm sure it'll work out for the best...

about the only next gen games that are confirmed for a 2014 release that I care about would be the binding of isaac rebirth and Cosmic Star Heroine lol

I have minor interest in second son, but it wouldn't make a most anticipated list if there was more contenders.

I have interest in some of the nintendo games like bayonetta 2, or smash brothers U or X, but I feel at least two of those will be pushed to 2015, thus I really don't have much anticipation for them at this time (ask again when they have some sort of release window locked down such as fall of 2014)

Infamous because I never played the series.

Also, I'd like to see how Bayonetta 2 and that JRPG with mechs do on the Wii U, although I'm not sure if I'll buy the console.
