Even if it was, that doesn't mean much for the reboot. Warhawk PS3 hardly resembles the original at all, and they're both good.

I remember playing colony wars demo as a kid. It was super cool but hard, at least for me. Ps1 days were golden age of demos. Would hope it is colony wars or jak & daxter. I have a feeling many of the games mentioned wouldn't hold up in todays standards. Lets be honest. Who would actually buy Parappa and Crash?


Both would be games I'd most likely skip unless they are cheaper downloadable games. Full price forget it.

Crash still has resonance amongst the mainstream. You'd be surprised.

Also I've got cousins and my sister into Crash and they were all babies when he was on PSX. So go away with your hype deflation.

I'd buy a full price Crash if it was like the ND games/by ND.
Why should they be less valuable than your average linear AAA Blockbuster game that takes 6-7 hours to complete and has a good majority of content locked out as paid DLC?

I think Sony would do well to get the IP from
Activision, and Activision would do well to sell it to then. The IP is effectively dead-weight for Acti now, and Sony really would benefit from having that identifiable mascot back. Hell, they refer to Crash enough in their promos at the moment.

It's a long shot though, I'd be stunned if Sony had managed to get a new Crash game up and running in development without it leaking until now.
